*****ulent activity on my account! On 8 April 2025, to my shock I received an SMS that my account is overdue for x amount. This account has been paid up. There were six purchases made on the account on the account dated16 February 2025. My account has been cleaned out, and I am left with zero credit. Please sort this out as I did not make any recent purchase!!
Do not book this place. The rudest management you could ever experience. Lack of service skills. Reservation was booked under Sisipho Tshongweni who experienced all the pleasantries when making the booking. All the problems you can imagine started upon check in. After hour service does not work. We were experiencing issues with the aircon and water pressure. We had to figure it out ourselves. Same issue with the water in the morning. After reporting as guests, all we got was an already fed up white receptionist on duty on the morning of 10 August 2023, who had all the excuses in response to our grievances instead of being apologetic about THEIR poor service.Disgusting to say the least!!
I LODGED A CASE OF FRAUD FRAUDULENT PURCHASES ON MY ACCOUNT. I WAS TOLD IT ILL TAKE A PERIOD OF 21 WORKING DAYS!!!!! TODAY, I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!! BUT THEY STILL SEND ME COMMUNICATION THAT I NEED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT. PAY AGAINST WHAT????. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED IN MY LIFE. I HAVE TO CALL THEM ALL THE TIME AND THEY PROMISE TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND SEND COMMUNICATION BUT THEY NEVER DO
