My vehicle has been out of order since it was involved in an accident in the beginning of January. Three months later and there is still no eta on the parts. I am the only one following up on the parts progress. It is not my duty to do this. You forced me to use the panelbeaters of you choice and now I am the one waiting for my car for three months and not knowing how long still, as the parts have no eta. No one at KingPrice is showing any interest in following up on the claim. Each time I have to phone you and then promises are made to follow up and phone me back. Either they don't phone or it's the same story "still waiting for parts, no eta" Surely somoene should come with a resolution. If the parts are not available to repair the car it should be written off and payd out.
I would just like to share my pathetic experience at Auto Italia's Fiat secondhand dealership. So here's the thing. A couple of months ago my mother was looking to trade her Fiat Punto in on another Punto, so we went to the Fiat dealership in Middelburg, Auto Italia. They offered us a deal, but we were not happy with it, so we decided to let it be. The some two months down the line, the salesman phones me up and asked if we were still in the market because they just recieved a couple of neat Fiat Punto's that we can have a look at. He then arranged to bring the best overall vehicle to us for a test drive. This never happened. So he phones me up again and says that we must come to them with my Mothers car, because they want to inspect it again. On wich we agreed. I asked him if all the Punto's that are available will be there for us to view, because it about 100km. from where we stay. He acknowledge that they will be there for viewing. So of we go the Saturday. When we arrived there, the salesman and the Workshop manager inspected and test drove my mothers car and they were happy with it. But unfortunately there was only one of the four Punto's available for viewing. Contrary to our conversational the previous day. This car was in an accident and not repaired well, so we were not interested in it. The he arranged to look between the remaining Punto's, (that were currently in the workshop and not available for viewing) tand send us in detail photo's of the best oneand then bring the car to us on Tuesday for viewing. So we wait anxiously. Tuesday morning he informs me that the specific vehicle is also not in good condition and asked if he must still bring it, to wich I replied yes. He never bothered to opened the message and I didn't hear from him again. He also never send any of the photos he promised. What a time and money wasting experience.
I would just like to thank and compliment Jeremy, from Redmark for outstanding service. I ordered a Devillbiss 5L oxygen concentrator for my Mother, from them. It was delivered the next day. He also included many extras without charge as a good deed. I would recomend Redmark to everyone.
I did an online upgrade with vodacom. Then after about three weeks, when I haven't recieved the new phone, I did an enquiry. Only to be told that the phone I ordered was discontinued, and the order cancelled without informing me. Then I did another online upgrade to another phone, which was delivered. But when I looked closely, I saw that Vodacom did not do the upgrade, but instead they send me a new contract. I phoned the aftersales department and requested a cancellation and they said that they would come collect the phone. That was on the 21 September 2021.Two weeks later and still no collection.Another two weeks has past since then, and I have phoned them every week, to find out what is going on. Off course the courier firm got the blame. Today 15 October I phoned again only this time I was informed that collection hasn't even been requested by Vodacom. Pathetic service. And they have already subtracted the first payment on the new line that I didn't requested. Come end of the month, I will reverse my debit order if this is not sorted out.
On 30 November 2019 I bought a Samsung 32" smart tv from Raru, wich was on special for R2844. Upon recieving the tv on the 10 December 2019, I saw that I did not receive a smart tv as advertised. I arranged with them to collect the tv. On 17 December the tv was back with them. Then they let me know they will refund my money. I asked them to do this asap, because I needed it to buy a tv from someone else.Today 8 January 2020 I am still waiting for my money and they let me know they HOPE to refund the money before the end of January. How pathetic is this, two months to get your money refunded. Don't be fooled by their special prices, because their aftersale service is non existing.
