Do not use this Company if you are looking to hire equipment. You pay a deposit and they can't deliver. We had to make another Plan. We paid the full amount upfront R35k in April 2023 and they did make some payments back but are still struggling to collect the balance. If you are dealing with an individual 'Anthony" who it seems is calling the shots there, he is the ultimate in untrustworthiness I have ever come across in my 36 years of working experience.
Uyema was very helpful and friendly. He got back to me immediately after I sent him a question regarding the motor extender warranty.
Do you get minus stars -100. Had a terrible experience. No white wine and no pizza after waiting over an hour after placing the order. No apology from any staff. If you plan to go there take your own food and wine.
Poor service from start 4 March 2022. Tracker called me via Miway Insurance as a tracking device was a prerequisite to inure my vehicle. All my details were given and the contract explained to me. The scheduling department was busy and was advised that a person from that department would phone me back. I did not hear anything and I eventually had to call Tracker on 8 March as I was taking delivery of the vehicle. Tracker told me they tried several times to contact me only to discover that they had the wrong Cell number. I find this amazing as tracker phoned me from the outset. The scheduling department had very few slots available as time was of the essence now as I only have 3 working days to have the device fitted otherwise no insurance for theft and hijack. I managed to get an appointment scheduled for 8am today 11 March 2022 and it is now 8h25 and no technician has arrived yet to install the device. I specifically wanted the first appointment as I need to go into work. I phoned tracker at 8h10 and was advised that they would find out from the technician and phone me back. Now 8h35 and still waiting. For those of you who took the time to read this. Please rather use another service provider. I am going to phone Car Track now and see if they can help me out today because as from tomorrow I have no theft and hijack cover.
Very pleasant. Very friendly and was given good advice regarding the application and to activate the crash locater. Also saved some money on the policy review. Well done
