Ive received a call from ur Agent by the name Rabecca and she convinced me that ive got a points wich they are aboit to expire so if i want to use them i can make a payment of R1220 . Indeed i make a payment the following day for a booking 1. I was not planning for a trip but due to the point i had and i ws told my point qill expire i decided to go for a week with my family. Guess what after ive made a payment of R1220 . Rebecca calls me again and she cme with story that sorry i made a mistake the booking cannot be processed my points has expired. 2. I never call yoi guys you are tge one calls me and give me and my familly a high hopes after thet u change and u say u cant do anything about it . Is that my responsibility to check the error of the system???. You guys you need to higher tye professionals you cant be playind with our minds and money . Yes youve sent me a money rrfund form .but the damage uve caused is too high. Ive took a week off from work as u guys give me false hope to go for holiday out. Anyway i just need my money and be out of yours service i just regret getting all tge calls from you guys . You need to be updated and get some proper education before yiu calls out ur clients
Ive been contacted by a consultant by the name of Michael Saunders . He did explain all the details about the medical aid . Of wich i was intrested and ive explain to the person that i will only be able to pay by the end of February became now its already December time ive got lot of plans i will only take the cover on February he said ok its fine the only thing i can do is to give him my banking details he will set the debit order to start at the end of February. The guy decided to do the opposite way am just suprise now R1600 has been debited on my account this is fraud. For that am no longer intrested on ur cover i cant work with untrusted people . I want my money back and i dont want nothing to do with you .how can i trust that you will provide me with the service while you only fail to wait according to my financial schedule . 1 Day Health is a scamm out to rob peoples money

Verimark really do not care about us as customer. I've had an accident on July of wich I've been hospitalized since July and only to be discharged now. Before Ive I been involved in an accident I've took my GENESIS vacuum cleaner for repair of wich I have to pay R100. The store have been trying to call me since then with no success. A week ago they call me and the guy who said he's the manager at Greenstone Verimark told me that if I do not come to collect my Vacuum cleaner this week all that he will do is to send bck the Vacuum cleaner and I will find it not fixed. I've ask to keep it until next week as I've just cme bck from hospital it will be difficult for me to cme this week and all his respond was IF YOU DO NOT CME THIS WEEK AM SENDING YOUR VACUUM CLEANER BACK AND IT WILL CME BCK NOT FIXED. Why you guys from VERIMARK do not have sympathy?? All you care about is when we spend money to ur store
I had a very bad customer service in pick n pay village walk I went in store to buy a carrort cake I went to bakery and find a lady by the name of SARAH I find her pricing the mark down price on carrot cake I ask her to give me as she was busy with the mark down price she literally told me that no she cannot give me the cake as she only wanna put the mark down price when the store I empty so that they will buy it for themself so am askng mi self how can the store hire people who do whatever they want in the store only for their benefit, Sandton is one of the richest place in jhb so we do not expect such behavior as customer am so disappointed I so wish pick n pay can give me a call about this I've also took a video of the lady doing the sme to another old lady . The parson who did this her name is Sarah she even told me to report the Matter in Head office as the manager cannot do nothing about this matter. Pick n pay BRAMLEY using wrong price on their shelves in order to make us as customer to fall for their wrong special price . I was at pick n pay bramley to purchase a toothbrush for mi son I went to the shelves only to find the toothbrush priced R49.99 for 2 toothbrush when I went to the till point the price was R74.99 then I told the cashier that I've saw the toothbrush on the shelves priced R49.99, the cashier called the supervisor by the name of Thandie then I went with thandie to verify the price then we find 2 merchandisers and they also saw the price of R49.99 and there where also same toothbrush packed under the same place where I've took the R49.99 toothbrush and the merchandisers told me that it's their mistake for wrong pricing , then I told them that i want the toothbrush by the price i saw and thandie call the store Manager by the Name of NORMAN and she also call other guy called SAM who came and tell me that he cannot sell me the item by the price I've saw coz it was a mistake I told him dat I will report him and he just say it with confidence that I should do so.
I've Incorrectly ordered the wheel bearing parts at Nissan Melrose after my mechanic diagnose my car as it was making noise while driving . Unfortunately the mechanic find that the car was making noise because the the shocks of the car are the one finished and by the time he realise that it's not the wheel bearing that was causing the noise the payment for the wheel bearing was already prossesed so I call the store to change the order from the wheel bearing I've ask them to order to make it the shock because I cannot have the parts that am not going to use . Its either they order the shocks for me because I don't need the wheel bearing anymore . They are refusing to change the order for me and they insisting that I must take the wheel bearing for no use . I've place an order yesterday on the 27 / November / 2010. Ive paid the full amount of the parts and now I have to throw away the parts as am not going to use it sad My number Vincent : 067 071 5348 Ive got to this branch as I was referred by my mechanic that they render good service bt honestly speaking am getting the opposite of what my mechanic told me I've tried talking to the and this is their respond [11/28, 9:16 AM] Vincent T: I spoke to my manager now sir. He says we unfortunately cant because it has been invoiced to us by our factory already. And we also dont sell gabriel shocks sir. Only our nissan shocks [11/28, 9:16 AM] Vincent T: No sir I unfortunately cant change the bearings. The bearings for your vehicle do not sell often sir and we will take a loss on it if we keep them. I can order the shocks for you sir but you will have to take the bearings aswell
Thanks hello Peter I've finally got my new washing machine after struggling with pick n pay to exchange the faulty Samsung 13 kg top loader ,Thanx to general manager Mr Eric and his team Keegan for such a wonderful help I've receive from you guys 7/10 you can do much better am so happy with my new machine
Honestly speaking am not happy with the way am being treated by greenstone pick n pay after speanding R3999.95 purchase Samsung washing machine Wich was on a display as it was the last item on the store I've been assisted by a lady called shaida. She didn't even bother to explain the I can do the RAIN CHEQUE on the last item Wich was on special now am suffering as I have spend my money buying thing Wich is now giving me problem and people from pick n pay are refusing to exchange the machine for me . The machine has already being fixed twice I don't want it anymore . When I go to pick n pay dem referring me to deal with people from Samsung whereas I don't even know where or who are those people I've spend my money at one of ur store now I have to suffer whereas I've bought the item I needed but it's a faulty item this is really bad I've took the machine back to pick n pay store where I've bought can you please assist so that I can get my new machine or my money back I call customer care where they told me that they cannot tell the store what to do . I've told them y not bcoz the machine has already being fixed twice with no success so I don't want it anymore
