I have done an upgrade in February 2025, and the guy who was assisting did the upgrade incorrectly. I received the incorrect phone and immediately the next day I contacted Telkom to correct the error and they have logged a request to collect the phone and the very next day courier collected the phone, and since then I have called in numerous time for this to be cancelled and to do the correct upgrade, I have spoken to numberous consultants and a manager and still nothing. This is ridiculous of which Telkom is not forcing me to pay for a phone I dont even have.
I booked a holiday through funseekers in Durban, which coming to the date of the holiday, Durban has a natural disaster and the goverment declares it a disaster area. I have asked funseekers to move the dates to another date when the place is no longer declared a disaster to travel to. But Funseeker being heartless is rather saying, regardless of the thousands of rands I pay them yearly I must pay cancellation fees and cancel the holiday or loose a whole years point 411.
I bought a dishwasher from hifi corp and it was delivered like 2 days later, but when I unpacked the dishwasher and wanted to see if it worked, it kept giving an E2 error (water inlet malfunction). I then called the call centre to log a complaint of which it was logged on the 02 september 2019 complaint number #9000065586 and was told that within 48hrs someone from head office will call me back. I am still waiting for someone to call me. I called the call centre again of which a lady said that she would call me back to with regard to the complaint, but still nothing happening. Reading all the complaints on hello peter it seems to me like ordering online with hifi corp that they are just scamming people and stealing their money.
