Do not invest in Funseekers Fractions!! I have been asking for 2 Years to please sell my 4 Week Fraction or atleast 2 Weeks of it. My requests are ignored. They do not care about your Financial Status, nor the Debt they put on your name. They sell Fractions to new Customers to get more income, but refuse to sell Fractions of already existing clients... Weeks that are being put in the Rental Pool hardly ever gets Rented out by them. Their Client Service is really pathetic, they do not care what their Fractional Owners lose from their Investments, because they only gain from it. They fail to comply any needs or requests from their Clients. Worst investment ever!!

I booked a holiday through funseekers in Durban, which coming to the date of the holiday, Durban has a natural disaster and the goverment declares it a disaster area. I have asked funseekers to move the dates to another date when the place is no longer declared a disaster to travel to. But Funseeker being heartless is rather saying, regardless of the thousands of rands I pay them yearly I must pay cancellation fees and cancel the holiday or loose a whole years point 411.

How is it possible that certain staff can crook the system for their own needs, examples Reshmi Ramcharan. She goes on holiday to Mauritius and then again to India and while being on leave for two weeks she is able to make target this is because of fraud and duplication of the commission ( previous rental bookings are cancelled and rebooked ) the proof is in the reports and now the whole company suffers her consequences. If person lives in a ****a she even admitted that her bedroom is the size of her friends mother in law's bathroom and how can she afford abroad travel ????? This is also a culprit for rimming low class management at Club Leisure/ First Group, she gives lize and cici the snake deep tongue rimming. They can't wash their own ass is stinking but they wana wash everyone else's .... Hey, hey wena that is why this business is going more and more down the drain.

What rubish is this, so called management doesn't know what their doing. The lamonts went on a boys weekend and that how they found Lize Sappia, she is a former striper and they made her HR manager at club leisure, First Group also Cecilia core operations GM slept with many sales franchise managers there so many franchises closes down.its because of poor business ethics this business is going down, and only staff that rimm them get positions and glory therefore the business is now in shambles. Absolutely disgusting

Booking accommodation. Firstly, your website is not as friendly as you think. I booked accommodation on your web site. Was asked twice to CONFIRM my booking. Received email with reference number. My experience in the years dealing with you when you say I confirm you must take it or else I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Two days later I received an email that state “Please pay particular notice to any information provided under "Special Notes", and/or change in directions, as these may have been updated by the resort since your last confirmation.” This email also confirmed my booking again! Attached document is showing my points I used for the booking and the Balance. I did not respond to this as it was correct. Why would I worry about anything since I CONFIRMED my booking the day I booked! On Friday I arrived at my holiday location to be informed my booking was cancelled and I’m not the only person that had this experience. I planned all my weekends activities according to my booking. Paying for day visitor admission for Kruger National park, which is linked to a specific gate. In this case the one closest to my accommodation. Funseekers then offered me accommodation 150-200km away from all my other bookings and then then it will cost me the same or even more for the accommodation. I could not accept this because it was already late, and I would arrive after 10pm. We are in a COVID period and restriction does not permit traveling after 10pm. I’m 74 years old. South African roads are not in best conditions and all the attacks four woman on the road. This was also far away from my Kruger Park reservations. The resort should have been able to accommodate us since the covid regulations stipulate you are not allowed to book more than 50% capacity. I had to pay for a new reservation at a different resort which was not in my budget. Then I phoned Tuesday (01/09/2020) the phone call was cut short by the Funseeker consultant Chantelle did and she did not even return my call. I called back but same consultant was not available anymore. How is this good service?

This a reply (and complaint) to sammy24.... Struggling to post comment! They will tell you its because you have already been invoiced for 2018! Which I don't know how fair that is! Do you have to pay a cancellation fee as well? I enquired in May this year about the cancellation process, and was told I would have to pay everything for the rest of the year and a cancellation fee of R8250! And I would immediately forfeit all unused point. Which is daylight robbery! There is a lawyer in Cape Town, Trudie Broekmann, who is taking on all holiday clubs and planning class action early next year. Go google! They are quick to invoice and demand payment but do not send a monthly update on points, I had points that expired, because no one send a courtesy email saying that I will lose points and should make a booking... Bad service!

I have been a member of Funseekers since 2008. I wish to cancel as I cannot afford the monthly fee. They mail me back today saying that I can cancel but must pay outstanding fees of over R9000. According to the statement given, this is the fees for 2018, but I wish to cancel now. Why do I have to pay for 2018 when I am cancelling now? Advice please,

I have been a member of Funseekers since 2008. I wish to cancel as I cannot afford the monthly fee. They mail me back today saying that I can cancel but must pay outstanding fees of over R9000. According to the statement given, this is the fees for 2018, but I wish to cancel now. Why do I have to pay for 2018 when I am cancelling now? Advice please,
