So I started working at Credit rescue in Feb as a closer. I signed a contract with SETA which is an internship that pays R3500 and Credit Rescue tops up with R2000 which makes a basic salary of R5500. April 23rd I got sick at work and went home and got admitted in hospital same day. My dr wrote a sick note for me that says Im still in hospital and will only be able to go back to work on the 3rd of June. I sent the letter to my team leader which apparently stopped working there a few days after I sent the letter. I never got any response to say I wont get paid. Sent some texts to our floor manager after I ddnt get paid and he didn't give me any explanation as to why. Did I realy not deserve to atlist know why am I not getting that R3500 from SETA? Did I realy not deserve to get paid? Now what about my debts? My kids schools? What kind of company doesn't pay its employees when they're in hospital? I really need some answers and since they're not willing to give me, I will see what to do about them This is not the first time that they do this, they dont pay sick note, if you are sick and you go to the dr, they will deduct R250 from your salary, whether you submitted your sick note or not
I would never recommend anyone to have insurance with them. I have a funeral policy with them and hasn't paid up up until now. My father passed away on the 07 of March and late that day I sent the documents which when I track with thier self check it says the claim was filed on the 11th of March Up until today, nothing has been done, instead I was told to pay for March, with what money when I had to make debts to bury my father? Shame on you the unlimited both with your santam
This company doesn't pay staff, we work and work and never get paid. Its not the first time and as Im writing here I'm literally in tears my son is sick and I can't even take him to the DR because I didn't get pain. What kind of a sick company does that?
So disappointed, in service that I got from Cash build Delft. I bought a shower door and they didn't bother opening it to check it only to find out that it's already broken a door. When I go to complain about that they say I must pay R800 if I want a new glass(door) how is it my fault that they doesn't check their stock? Because now they're telling me about their suppliers
