Big ****. Ordered a phone online. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to collect the phone we learned that the address is non existing and they dont respond to messages. Been waiting almost a month now for a refund. Authorities are busy to investigate them and track them down.

Warranty void due to coffee stain
Warning ⚠️ Help me make this Post Public. 5 years old bed, they voided my 20 years warranty. Never buy a @cloudnine Cloud Nine mattress. The Mattress Warehouse Honestly, this whole situation is just absurd. We’re talking about a mattress, not a museum piece. People are human, coffee exists, and a tiny spill shouldn’t turn a warranty into a joke. Yet here we are: this company is acting like a couple of coffee drops are some kind of catastrophic event. It’s absolutely wild and honestly just bad business. So if you’re looking for a mattress company that thinks a little coffee stain is the end of the world, congratulations, you’ve found them. For everyone else, maybe pick a company that lives in reality.

Hisense washing machine/ game stores
Good day. I would like to share my BAD experience with you. On Black friday 2018 i bought a 10kg HISENSE front loader from Game Greenacres in Port Elizabeth. (It wasnt on a special) Around January the machine started making weird noises. I did contact Game and Hisense came to replace the Belt and Brain. Still i knew the belt cant make that noise ,so i told the guy. Ignored me. Ever since ive been trying with Game and hisense but cant get it returned even tho it was still in its 6 months period. Now its making more noise, Leaking water Spin but wont let water out What can i do with these people? Other thing Hisense told me they give 3 months guarantee on replaced parts. So what about the full 4 years now?
