So terrible that Vodacom lacks communication to their loyal customer, the beginning of the month my fibre line account was suspended and i have to go to the nearest Vodashop to make payment of which i did and was advised to pay a minimum fee, process done and activated, within the same month after 10 days my line gets suspended again for the same reason, no email correspond, no phone call, just a fibre line being cut off, what a waste of a contract!
I booked a reservation for the 21st of September at Town lodge through Agoda and received booking confirmation to my surprise, when i arrived at the hotel i was told it was fully booked, long story short when i request for my refund through agoda or Town lodge im not being entertained the only fair thing that these two organisations should do is to refund me my money! Never ever use these two platforms they lack service!
I think I should take this moment and rate FNB in general, when it comes to innovation customer service and convenience in resolving queries this is sure the best bank in the country. Happy Client
The worst service experience at baby boom Fourways branch, I bought a car seat last month for my new born upon using it I noticed that it doesn’t recline to support a new born, i went back to store i was told by useless manager by the name of Amara that they don’t support exchanges in store, as if I bought it from a ****a shop, im stuck with a car seat that worth R3500 which I cannot even use, Baby Boom is a fail when it comes to customer service, rather alternate purchases to different retailers that offer good after service not the ****a shop ran by useless manager’s like Amara
I really expected a better service from Rain, i got my wifi connected and guess what the internet keeps roaming I even struggle to send Whatsaap text, as for zoom meetings i keep getting disconnected using their R699 uncapped internet Useless internet provider, I even started using my own mobile data while they deducted money on my account. That’s how useless it is.
The worst service I received from FNB regarding my credit card, after an un-detailed transaction that went out of my account i failed to receive explanation from FNB till to date, I visited a branch in Mall@reds and Mall Africa just to waste my time and to be told that I must phone credit card department, none the less that was done and I’m being told to email my query, also did that and to be replied with a statement that i can download on my own on the app when I requested a detailed statement. How is it possible that all 6 useless consultants fail to explain where my money went to!!!!!
