Worst service imaginable Unfriendly Aggressive Avoid at all cost
Woolworths online service is the worst imaginable - ordered queen size fitted sheet and they decided to dispatch a single fitted sheet. Their solution: return the item to your nearest Woolworth. So their bad service becomes my problem. Why in the whole wide world would I order a queen size fitted sheet if a single fitted sheet would suffice?
Bidvest Premier Lounge at King Shaka, KZN is appalling. Dirty dishes all over and not a staff member in sight for best part of 30 minutes Situations was addressed after a complaint at reception but not goid enough.
Phone call out of the blue at 17:40 on a Thursday - marketing some kind of service/product - refused to explain where they got my personal information and getting agitated because when I insisted they respect my privacy.
Worst service ever Took 7 days to deliver parcel - from Panorama in Parow to Kloof in KZN Parcel in tatters, dirty, damaged Could not track progress online Took 20 minute phone call to unhelpful call center to get unsatisfactory response Still waiting for manager to call back
The admin team at FIXITT Refrigeration & Appliance Repairs dealt with the call efficiently and arranged a site visit in no time. The team who did the work on the stove, Jean and John, was professional, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable - a pleasure to have in my house and an asset to their company and their trade. Thank you
Woolworth in Tygervalley, Bellville, allow DASH couriers to jump the queue while loyal customers stand waiting long queues. Is this the future of shopping at Woolworth? I am taking my business where I will be respected and treated with respect - I do not ask for special treatment just the courtesy of telling me that customers are not welcome in the shop. Rather leave it to the rather aggressive DASH team and give them preference at the tills.
Clients/visitors and staff did not adhere to the Covid-19 safety measures: 1 Oct 2020, between 11:30 and 12:30 * Security guard at entrance to Woolworths: mask barely touching mouth and not near nose * Assistant in fruit en veg section in Woolworths - mask barely touching mouth and not near nose and not adhering to social distancing * Waiters at Magnifico screaming with laughter, white teeth all around and masks under chins * Client in H&M with mask under chin - strolling around, browsing, not keeping social distance and neither staff nor security responding to complaints * Male 'walking' down escalator, not adhering to social distance, no mask - escalator in front of Magnifico * Numerous other clients/visitors not respecting social distancing, not wearing masks the correct way and no security visible or attending to problem
The service at Woolworths Tygervalley is the worst and utterly unsafe in our present circumstances. The queue at customer service very long and static - I was in the queue for more than 15 minutes and not a single person was helped and moved off so that the next person in the queue could be attended to - I eventually left because I felt unsafe. At least one staff member had her mask under her chin instead of over the mouth and nose, little children in the queue coughing and sneezing... No staff member enforcing the social distance between customers. I am shocked.
Shopped at Woolworths Tyger valley just after 9;00, Thursday 9/4/2020. They gave the impression of being vigilant, we had to queue outside to keep the correct distance but the cashier at the till point did not wear her face mask/shield ostensibly because it was too big and falling off. The shield was on the till point next to her. Despite my concerns, she made no attempt to rectify the situation, the supervisor just confirmed that they know about the situation and that the face shield was too big. The manager was also not interested - just told me he will make a note. He will make a note were his very words. This is shocking - one person who breaks the circle can infect thousands. And the attitude of senior personnel is a joke - they couldn't care less.
