This is a complaint regarding the poor quality of service and product we received at your CTM Queenstown branch. We purchased tiles (8 boxes in total) from this branch, which were installed while my mother was away in Johannesburg. Upon her return, we discovered a serious issue: the tiles were inconsistent in style and color, even within the same box. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to meet a certain standard of quality. When we contacted the manager at CTM Queenstown to raise our concerns, we were met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. Despite sending clear evidence in the form of pictures of the tiles, the boxes, the mess, and the receipts, the manager refused to take accountability. His response included the following statements: "It is not our fault; it is the fault of the company that makes and packs the tiles." "I don’t make tiles." "It’s not the first time someone has received the wrong tiles in a box from CTM." "The tiler should have noticed." These responses are highly unprofessional, and dismissive, and fail to reflect the level of accountability expected from a reputable company like CTM. I am beyong angry at the money we wasted at CTM
I have never met a rude cashier than the lady I met at spar the wedge in Morningside. Lacks respect and morals
I ordered and was suppose to receive a discount for my first order which I think is a marketing **** and only when I called they told me I should have written first time when ordering and it says it no where
I still have nothing good to say about the company, I wish Vodacom could try partner with a different delivery company (or whatever it is that digital planet does with Vodacom). I was told by a person from digital planet they would collect my TV today. I receive a call from a guy saying he is by the gate to DELIVER yesterday (I didn't receive any communication to begin with that the TV was out for delivery so i can go home from work). I arranged that they please send me the SMS like they promised when they come and to my suprise even today. someone JUST pitch without notice saying he is delivering, when i call security, i am told he is not DELIVERING like he said but collecting the broken TV digital delivered last time. HE LEFT 5 minutes later, while i was making mean to get someone to open. I hate Digital planet to say the least.
If there was star below 1 , if give it. The worst service ever, I didn't get communication. I only received a call that they courier is outside and to top it of. Palesa from the call center or whatever they use says I am lying. Why would I call daily tracking my order and use so much airtime t.
Yesterday my order was never delivered and I got no response after logging many queries and I had to call in and I was eventually credited, I place the same order today and GUESS WHAT? Same problem however this time it didn't leave the store!
They ignored us at Barcelos Hatfield, and took a group that came before us because they knew one of the guys in the group I have pictures of how they closed the door after we decided we can't buy anymore
Worse service for my claim, No communication , I had to keep whatsapping and following up frequently, No information. Cant wait join another insurer

My clothing item became a higher price on the till compared to when it was on the aisle and the teller just told me , things go up and down so it went up and he is attitude was a "Deal with it" attitude , wasn't even willing to assist
