I opened my account online in October and they said they will send me my card within two or three days, even now I have not received my card and the is no communication from them about my card
I did a training at Harmony, for 5 months but the last month they didn't pay me, and when I ask the lady at payroll Letitia she told me that I must first do the exit which I did but even now I have not yet received my last month's payment,
Standard bank issue me a card that is deactivated now I'm stuck with with the card that I can't send or withdraw money, and now I'm from the brunch still they were unable to help me, and they put a blame on me for they mistake
The department promised all Apprenticeship that they will return to site on the 1st of September but none of them from the department has call or inform us
