If I have any queries or need assistance, they always help me - no hassle and no stress! I can only thank them for being so amazing throughout! Highly recommended! Terrible! Very disappointed! I want the OWNERS contact details and I want a full refund. The only part thing of our brief stay last night that was alright was Brendin at reception - he was good in terms of customer service. The rest was ATROCIOUS. We arrived at the accommodation at 20h00 and left just after at around 23H30. I booked a room with a jacuzzi bath as this was the attraction - we drove from the other side of jhb for this reason. We could've booked into a place closer to home... In hindsight this is what we should've done! I opted to change my room on arrival during the book-in process to a slightly more expensive room that had garden access. Room #1 had issues with the TV and light connections, there was only 1 towel, the floating shelf was loose & the TV bracket is not secure. The hanging chair is in the walkway by the bed - so inconvenient. I went to reception and asked if I can have the other room rather. Room #2 - the bedding had dirty marks and again only 1 towel. I asked reception for more towels. They delivered - 1 was tattered and both had dirty brown marks on them. The blinds couldn't close, we had to manually close each individual blind panel for privacy! The water was running cold but there was a sign on the wall that we need to wait for the water to run hot. While waiting we tried to make the room more comfortable & fix things. The water was only luke warm, it never got hot, but we filled the jacuzzi. We wanted to start up the jacuzzi so we could get in and actually start relaxing - we put the jets on - the water sprayed EVERYWHERE in the room - having to turn it off immediately. I had to take the towels to mop up the floor. I did not think of messaging reception at that point, as I was more concerned with trying to mop up the flood of water! I messaged straight after I got it under control and then packed my bags. I was told by whoever was messaging me back that I should've complained immediately and not only after using the room for 3 hours and how can I want a refund now, we didn't even get to "use" the room. In the 3.5 hours spent there - we booked-in, changed rooms, tried to fix things, waited for the water and cleaned up, and discussed issues with reception... We never got a chance to use anything! Ridiculous. I was told the room & jacuzzi were checked. There were petals everywhere after the spray, old debris - we never ordered the romantic package with rose petals etc. The jacuzzi hasn't been serviced/checked nor the room - OR if it was then the standards are very low! Bredin was still at reception when I went downstairs, luckily, as it was after hours, they close at 21h00. I took him to the room to show him the issues, said I was leaving and wanted my money back. He called the general manager and I was told that the GM said they have a no refund policy rule and I won't be refunded! Daylight *******! Under the circumstances, they should take more care! Clearly customer service & reputation is not top of mind at this place. If other customers had a good experience, good for you! Customers with high standards be aware & know what you're paying for & be cautious as there is a "no refund policy"! So tough for you if your stay is unsatisfactory. I would not recommend that anyone stays at this place. I honestly believe you would get better service, working facilities, and a better attitude at a brothel. This was not worth the money paid. I want a full refund because this is not what I paid for & there was no service delivered. I had a bad experience from the 1st room until the moment I had enough & left. I would never recommend this place, I will never go back! If I could give zero stars I would! The place needs some major maintenence and upgrades - attitudes needs to change. Shocking to think this place is still open. I guess the no-refund policy is what keeps doors open, nevermind if customers aren't happy - they will keep your money. As I said daylight *******. I feel completely done--in and date night was totally ruined - in fact it never happened. I wonder if the owner even knows what state the lodge is in! If yes, then that is unacceptable. There is no care attitude - as long as they get their money. Like everything else in SA - a money making scheme & no service delivery.
Netflorist has an easy to use ordering system, I had a query after I placed my order, and the team, especially @Lerato Chauke - helped me quick & efficiently. I felt very at ease!
