Hi I've submitted a query to Sa Home Loans and hello Peter and eversince I haven't receive any positive feedback about the complain I log in regarding to refusing to pay my claim
After all my claims submitted came back declined for whatever reasons they have,paying my insurance for the past 10 years only had 4 claims paid out during that time the rest was declined everytime,all the recent claims was cause by natural disaster and wasn't paid by my insurance.Last week I got a phone call from my insurance saying that my excess is going up with a additional R2500 excluding the R750 which was my normal excess amount their reason was that I have claimed to much thets why there is an increase in my excess.I then ask the lady in the past 10 years how many times did I claim or my claims evens successful she then said its management decision,I then asked for one of the senior managers to call me and explain is this across the board increase or just certain people increase but haven't receive any call from no one eversince.Still waiting for my Lappa to be fix and it's insured for almost "Hunderd Thousand Rand " got feedback saying my claim has been declined cause lack of maintenance and the damage was caused by d storm I'm really not happy after being a loyal Customer for the past 10years your service is very very poor!
Had a vehicle accident almost 2 years ago accident was reported at Primrose Saps submitted all the relevant paperwork and case number paid the excess R4000 vehicle was fixed,regarding getting my excess money back it was a story of them not beable to get hold of the other drivers vehicle details and personal details after numerous calls I made to find out how is the process there wasn't any feedback or communication from them if I'm not always making means to contact them there was somebody appointed to the retrieving of the excess money with the surname of Moabi that was never available everytime I call my last conversation with Miway was for me to again submit documentation which I already did in order for them to investigate and track down the other driver or owner and try to retrieve the excess money but never came to light I stil never heard anything or how far the case is I really had a bad experience with them
Sa home loan the worst insurance ever most of my recent claims came back declined after paying my premiums for almost 10 years now such a disappointment when needing them the most they not there to help but yet take their premiums in fool I'm thinking of canceling and transfer even my whole bond to another place they totally acting unprofessional after being a loyal customer for many years,claims related lappa damaged due to heavy rain was declined apparently due to no maintenance , swimming pool filter pipe leaking declined apparently due to tempering,house roof leakage thet demage the tiles and cupboards claim submit a few years ago also declined its like its becoming a norm on declining claims and I'm not impressed
I'm trying to change my medical scheme with discovery to keycare plus hence I'm on retirement and my current premium is abit high looking at something cheaper I've send all the required documentation hence if I dont do a follow up I dont hear anything from them I've tried calling numerous time but cant solve anything over the phone cause they keep on transferring me to different departments and I have to hold on call for a long time sometimes the call just cut after holding on for more then 10 minutes and its causing me airtime I'm totally ungrateful for their service as a loyal customer over the year please I need help in solving my problem in changing my current plan to a cheaper most affordable plan Mr R Burrell 0835064901
Wont recommended anybody to take your car for Panelbeating and Spray painting they are a bunch of ammitures practicing on peoples cars
Worse panelbeater ever took my car there to be resprayed normal metallic black mixed his own paint colour midnight blue had my vehicle for one month the I collect my car paint was still wet handprints all over when I told the owner Mr Moore that I'm not impressed with the job he ran to his vehicle took out a knife threatening me for the balance of the money which was R1000 rand and then he instructed his workers to take my key so that my car is not going anywhere until i give him the balance of the money which i then gave him just avoid unnecessary arguments it cost me another R17,000 to have his nonsense fixed by another Auto Body Company ,so not impress by his work and how he treated me could've turn out very ugly went he took out his knife luckily I was very calm and handled the situation professionally
Trivago — "Amano" Guys im totally not happy with the service i got from the both of you guys. I made a booking on the 30July 2019 at Balmoral hotel ref no 241-482034 time 16:36 booking confirmation from my credit card I arrived at the above hotel knowing it was paid only to find out it was cancel on the 17 September 2019 without notifying us as a family and no money was transferred back in my account, had to book again with the money i saved as my spending and petrol money cause we drove 550 kilos for a holiday which we thought accommodation was well taken cared of from "Trivago" im totally not Happy with your service and will make it my means to make this experience go viral you guys made me a stupid at reception when i heard that money wasn't received and booking was cancelled i dont care what's your relationship with "Amano" but i need my money back into the above mention account Asap or Ombudsman will hear and deal with this situation i paid R4800 including breakfast now have to make alternative arrangements cause im stranded from home guys your service sucks im ever sorry for trusting that you guys will make my family vacation possible.
