Tried to arrange change for my business and received very poor service from Busisiwe after staying on the line for more than 35minutes
Bought a 12V geyser on Order #163223971 which is not working. Trying to return it is no longer possible, not because of the timeframe, but because Takealot is no longer selling this item. This is not the consumer's problem and should be addressed.
Very poor service by Nkumiso the waiter. Asked for a breakfast containing avocado and she said there was no avocado. 2min later, the guest next to us got their breakfast with avocado. Finally got our breakfast(with no avocado) and then we had to walk to the front to ask another waiter to please assist. Making a beautiful day a nightmare ‼️

Vodacom promised to install a tower for our area since we have very poor signal 2.5 year ago. Wanted to know what the status is and got the following reply: "We have a new tower planned to resolve the problems experienced in the area. We cannot provide a time frame for completion" We are 60 homes with the same issue and a lot of us use our phones for business. At least offer us then a signal booster or some alternative while we have to wait!
Waybill shows my package has been collected on 12 November already Phoned them yesterday when they confirmed it will be delivered today and still nothing at 16:00. This is becoming like the Post office! We pay for a courier in order to get our parcel within a certain time frame. I don't think 10 days is part of this agreement
VIRGIN ACTIVE – FREEZING OF MEMBERSHIP NUMBER: 1441 800 292 After numerous telephonic conversations regarding my daughter not able to visit the gym due to the fact that she has to reside at home (Hoedspruit) and no longer stays in Potch due to Covid, and broken promises about paying back her R415 per month, we have received nothing. Not even communication even after sending a mail through to freeze@virginactive.co.za on the 17th of November. To date, I have had no feedback regarding this issue.
Logged a return on 09/10/2020 and 10 days later the package has still not been collected
Changed my delivery address telephonic with a consultant while my package was still on it's way (1ZE076680498930836). I confirmed the delivery address telephonic, the following day again. UPS decided to ignore the above mentioned changes and delivered the package to the original address. I logged a call regarding the problem and 3 days later, I decided to rather send the package via Courier Guy to the changed address. Up to now, nobody even contacted me and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold which I eventually cancelled after waiting 5 minutes already. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED/POSSIBLE????
I have spoken to an agent as well as TOBi and cannot seem to get any assistance regarding poor network coverage. We are staying in a wildlife estate just outside Hoedspruit Limpopo and experiencing very poor signal. We do not have any landlines and are fully dependant on our cell phones. I run my business from home which is an absolute nightmare, since we don't have proper coverage. We have 94 stands which all battle with reception and would appreciate any assistance
