I received very good customer service from Elethu S, with prompt and clear responses. My query was resolved within 30 mins. I wasn't kept waiting too long and I wasn't transferred to another department. That was only 1 of many interactions I have had with WebAfrica. A lot of agents have been helpful, but for the most part, I was transferred between departments and had to wait in queues for hours, day after day, with no resolution. So dealing with Elethu S was a huge relief, but unfortunately, it was a relief.
Lillets has seriously downgraded in quality. Been using their tampons for years, never had issues until the past couple months. The string on their tampons is always faulty now, without fail. Never used to be an issue. Their products are not what they used be

Call centre customer service kept me on hold only to tell me I have to go to a branch. They can't tell me why my card gets declined when there's money in my account and no limit. Major inconvenience that I can't access my funds, but their only suggestion was to try again tomorrow.
I cancelled my fibre 4 months ago, and every month I call a Vodacom agent to query the cancellation because every month I get billed incorrectly. Every time I have called, after speaking to countless agents for countless hours, they tell me it's been cancelled and I wont get billed again, but it's all lies because every month I've been billed, again and again. After being billed incorrectly for the 4th month in a row, an agent just informed me that there is no cancellation request for my fibre and he cannot help me further. I have spent hours on the phone to Vodacom call centre agents, and nothing seems to be happening on their side of the line. Vodacom has charged me R4000 for a service I asked to be cancelled and haven't been using. Their call centre agents are of no help and waste my time. Their outbound agents are always more than eager to call you and take your money and offer new contracts, but it when it comes to inbound calls, they can't submit your request and will ensure as much as your money gets taken by Vodacom for as long as possible. The many Vodacom agents incompetency seems very purposeful, as nothing gets done by anyone time after time. Vodacom service is absolutely shocking and their deals and contracts are a ****.
Was stuck alone with a flat tyre late at night. Called Discovery Insure and was connected to Lunga from Optimum Assist. Received efficient and friendly service and was on my way safely. Thank you for the assistance.
