REFUSING TO REFUND
I purchased a dress last week from City girl (Pine walk Centre)as a gift for my sister. Upon paying for the dress I asked the lady at the till to take me through their returns policy just in-case. She advised that the items can be returned within 7 days after the day of purchase , she went on to say that it would be written on the slip. I did check on the slip if it was written as she had said it would be and then I left. My sister did not like the dress and had already brought herself a dress for the function she will be attending soon. I tried to return the dress and was stopped by the security guard, stating that they do not refund but only do exchanges. I told him that this is not what I had been told by the lady who assisted me at the till and also that what he is saying is not what is stated on the slip or anywhere in the store. They are Liars & crooks. I do not wish to exchange it for anything but would like a refund.

Clicks Chatsworth Centre
I am giving five stars and highly recommend the beauty department at Clicks in Chatsworth Centre Durban. They are patient with customers and they never go wrong with my facial need and always recommend the perfect foundation for me . They explained to me that during Covid lockdown they are unable to test the foundation but they paid special attention to my skin and suggested a color that will match it and as always , they were right. I am happy and always have been with them. My skin tone has changed therefore I needed a different color from the last one I had purchased from them but they still managed to get me a color that matches my skin perfectly. The beauty department from Clicks Chartsworth centre is amazing. Unlike the Beauty dep. at Clicks The Pavillion mall in Westville, their staff suffers from an attitude problem and recommend all the wrong products.

Hyundai Durban South poor customer service.
I would like to launch a complaint against Hyundai Durban South. I brought a used car from them on 12 march 2019. After 2 days that I had purchased the car it started to decrease in speed and gave an engine fault alert. I informed the dealership about this and they had someone take the car for a day and they gave it back to me. I experienced a lot of episodes with the car even after it had been taken for this check up, to which I always informed the dealership. It got to a point where I told them I did not want this car anymore as I was not happy with it's performance, the salesperson told me I should wait for the used car manager to come back from leave and this was in the beginning of May and later told me I do not qualify for a trade in. I followed up to see if the manager was back in June as I had my car parked for over two months and needed to be mobile as I now had a baby. They only took the car on August 8 and they have had the car in their possession until today. Whenever I follow up they make up excuses. The last feedback I got was that they are waiting for a car part from France which they were supposed to receive on the 1st of October. When I followed up on the 2nd of October, they replied after 2days to say they had another delay and will only receive this part on the end of October. I am very angry, considering I was only able to actually use this car for only a total of 2months. The rest of the time it was parked because if its inefficiency and now they are keeping it by them. It's even more upsetting that I have to pay for this car whereas I hardly ever had the chance to drive and enjoy the car. I have asked them to atleast offer me a car that I can use so long. They told me they are only able to do that for Hyundai cars, mines is a Citroen and the fact that I brought it from them does not count. I have a small baby I need to be able to move around. I now have to take taxis to work yet I have a car that I pay for every month end and their responses show me that they are not even concerned. It has been very hard for me without my car. And despite the hundred of times that I have told them how desperately I need my car, they have taken their time and refused to give me a courtesy car. My correspondence has been with Luke & Nitasha who take turns at making me feel like a stupid human being ever since.
