City girl Galleria
City girl Galleria gave bad experience I had. I sent my sister to go lay buy 2 dresses for my daughter the lady by the name of Zama said. That we much make sure it will fif my daughter because they don't do exchanges. She then said we much go fetch by daughter so she could fit the clothes first. What is that I mean she's at school and am work. Very bad service

THRIVE ON APPLLING SERVICE GO TO CITY GIRL OVERPORT
I had the most dreadful experience at City Girl OVERPORT while shopping with my daughter for her matric dance dress. Everything started off fine as she was trying on dresses, but when I went to pay for a pair of pants I found, it turned into a nightmare. There were two Indian ladies ahead of me at the counter, who placed their items down and continued shopping. Despite being next in line, the person behind the counter completely ignored me, rummaging through her handbag for cash instead. When I tried to comment on the poor service, she looked straight at me and carried on with her own business. Then, another lady rudely cut in front of me, I promptly told her I was in the queue, and even though the counter attendant saw this, she still didn't acknowledge me nor the other customer. Fed up, I threw the item down and walked out, only to watch in disbelief as the counter attendant immediately started helping the woman who had cut in front of me. Upon returning to ask why I was ignored, I was told that the counter attendant thought I was waiting for someone, despite my daughter standing right next to me in line. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was shocked to learn that the person causing me so much frustration was, in fact, the manager. Can you believe that? I ended up spending my hard-earned money to support such appalling behavior from the staff. And when I threatened to call head office to complain, the manager had the audacity to ask why. So, my question to City Girl is this: do you hire staff specifically to mistreat your customers? Because if so, sign me up—I could certainly give your customers the same terrible treatment I received.

Unhappy and dissatisfied customer
I've never been so mistreated as a customer, I was given a gift bought at this store City girl at overport, and only to find out that I don't like the item and when I check on the slip of procedures on a refund none whatsoever had that information assumed I'll go back when I get time only to find out they have a 7 day policy for returns. However as a customer that has nothing to do with me because it was not stated on the slip no one was willing to help and I'm willing to report this issue as I'm still not assisted I left the items in the store and my money that's how mistreated I was. I've never ever in my life received that type of service.

CITY GIRL GALLERIA!!!!!! There should definitely be an option for pathetic on this app!! I purchased a pair of shoes from city girl in galleria, when I arrived home I noticed that the strap on one shoe is longer than the other…the staff and manager of city girl galleria then proceeded to FORCE ME!!!! To take another shoe arguing with me that the shoe is made like that, how can one shoe strap be longer than the other? The staff are extremely rude, the manager ELIHLA NGCOBO her attitude is terrible, she spoke to her boss and lied that the there is nothing wrong with the shoe!!! The girls at the till were talking in Zulu and passing comments at us. I am shocked and disgusted at the staff and behaviour of galleria city girl, they swindle us out of our money..I will never shop there again

ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS - CITY GIRL GALLERIA IS A DISGRACE!
Not even a 1 star is worth it!!! City Girl Galleria is absolutely pathetic and their staff are so so Rude! I bought a 2 x dresses from there, as we had a wedding we attended and I hadn't got the rest of my families clothes yet, so I wanted to be able to have an option, that's beside the point. However straight after the wedding we went away and we came back late on the 7th day of returning, so I went into the store this morning to get a refund on the dress, and the lady was so rude and would not do a refund, as she said it was past the 7 days, I explained my situation to her and she was just not having it and clicking her tongue and so forth. All I want is my money back, as I am never going to wear this dress, I didn't even put it on, I have the slip, all the tags are still attached. I have asked them for their head office number and have literally phoned all over today, as they are giving me incorrect numbers. I understand they are a franchise and individually owned, but there will be a head office, despite them telling me there isn't, I've worked for many retail companies and know there will definitely be a head office. City Girl Galleria you need to jack up and your staff need to be taught how to talk to Customers and not be so rude. I want my money back!!!!!!!

No exchange but same store ???
My mom brought me a dress from the cornubia branch of which I loved only issue is it didn’t fit me the way I would’ve liked it too, so I decided to go exchange it at the branch in pinetown and to my surprise was told that I can’t exchange because of codes and what not but it’s the same store ? So I have to go all the way to mt edgecombe just to go exchange when there’s a branch nearby

Pathetic service
I went to City girl Klipfontein in Witbank to exchange my dress unfortunately I didn’t find anything that was in the same price range I had R120 credit and they told me they do not refund and they didn’t have anything for R120 so I jst want to find out what kind of shop is this not giving refunds? What top it is the cashier or manager telling me not to come back to their shop because I requested my refund.any way I will never buy or go anywhere near City gal is this the kind of service you offer to your customers.Wow pathetic service ever how do u tell a paying customer to never come back😄😄😄😄

REFUSING TO REFUND
I purchased a dress last week from City girl (Pine walk Centre)as a gift for my sister. Upon paying for the dress I asked the lady at the till to take me through their returns policy just in-case. She advised that the items can be returned within 7 days after the day of purchase , she went on to say that it would be written on the slip. I did check on the slip if it was written as she had said it would be and then I left. My sister did not like the dress and had already brought herself a dress for the function she will be attending soon. I tried to return the dress and was stopped by the security guard, stating that they do not refund but only do exchanges. I told him that this is not what I had been told by the lady who assisted me at the till and also that what he is saying is not what is stated on the slip or anywhere in the store. They are Liars & crooks. I do not wish to exchange it for anything but would like a refund.
