Hoping to skip traffic and treat my girlfriend I went to the sea point in the mood for shwarmas. Stoped and asked at the door and waiter said yes they do sell. Excited we ordered shwarmas. But there was staff transitioning. We received a 2 bowls with cut up chicken and fried potatoes cubes. Confused, asked the waiter don't shwarmas usually come with some sort of wrap. Only to say to me he can add wraps so we can put it in, its R12 a wrap. Only after receiving the food. Little frustrated and thinking it's R155 for 2 very very basic items. And now it's additional charges for garnish and the rest as well I guess. That's outrageous. Sadly no one rectified anything, no on asked if everything was okay. As we went there for Shwarmas specifically. It's was just us in the restaurant with the staff Sadly no one checked in with us. Not one of the 5 or so. They had something to giggle about though while looking at us every now and again. Maybe the meal we ordered was a joke to them. Was not funny to us though. After paying the bill I went to have a look at the menu at front counter. I asked I wanted to eat shwarmas. On your menu there is shwarmas, Why couldn't we get that witch we came to eat. I'm sorry that detail was clear before entry and order. Communication would have been great from there side Apology was not acceptable, miss communication? Oh really. R450 for what? Bad service and delivery. And I even had to tip. Revolting. The food item was mediocre at best. I'm being polite. It was highly disappointing. But apparently next time. I highly doubt it. You don't order ribs and receive a peanut butter sandwich
"Application Positions Available" Is the constant mail im receiving from this company. If you read this description in your emails. What would you think? Job opportunity. No it is not its them trying to sell you a cv fixup. Now for the 100th time stop mailing. Its harassment.
Please investigate you packaging for the normal jungle oats. Its happend to me a few times now that I have bought this product. Maybe the problem lies at checkers. But I have fumigated due to this. Two times and now again I found the origin in one of your boxes. Food mites.
So after numerous emails and such. Still waiting on feedback to my high debit orders. With nothing. Paying close 500 on an old bantam with no accidents on my record. And no reason. I pay this and can't even get why I'm doing so. Shocking service
So after being a bday gift. With no prior warning at R1000. On the 3rd went back the 5th. As the person did not like the gift. I went back to menlyn musica as we will never again support them. We have bought close to 12k in accessories, games, console and a pro controller from these SKELMS. All Nintendo switch items. And the first exchange asked if we get a voucher or exchange in store. And was denied this. Even after no prior warning was givin. I checked the slip that also does not state any details on returns of this nature. The excuse was that it had been opened. Yet it was opened at the counter to see if it was inside the case. I did not open it. There cashier did. So why am O in the wrong here? Do not support these people. So many have liquidated. There customer service should be of the best and this is the experience. You have lost a client that would have spent more. Now he will spend it elsewhere. I could have asked for the cash. By law
