Customer service has gone to hell. I reported a problem about a new lot of missing transactions from a major bank (which has been happening periodically for years) weeks ago. They promised to get back to me which has never happened and emails from me asking what is going on are simply ignored. I've been a customer of theirs for many years and before the takeover service was brilliant.
Fake company that steals your money. Once item is bought they don't deliver and don't answer phone calls or emails. Makes one wonder about the whole FICA process if banks allow this to happen.
Pathetic and couldn't care less. I claim a reward I'm entitled to but still have not received it. I log incidents and they are just cleared without attending to the problem.
Once again I'm overcharged even though I'm on price lock premium. This company is trying to rip us off every month. It took them weeks to fix it two months ago and now I'm again overcharged. They are earning interest on my money yet they don't pay it back.
DSTV charged me R500 more than my usual subscription this month even though I'm in a price lock plan with them. I phoned them almost two weeks ago and again earlier this week and was told I would be credited, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I'm sick and tired of being ripped off by them and the complete lack of customer service they offer.
They don't even deserve the 1 star above but I couldn't choose 0. I asked them to move my line 7 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Complete incompetence and no ability to look ahead. MOVE YOUR LANDLINES AWAY FROM TELKOM
22Seven is a wonderful product offered by Old Mutual but there is an ongoing problem of duplicate transactions being logged on Nedbank accounts that they appear uninterested or unable to rectify. This of course messes up all reporting on an otherwise great service. I wish management would get it fixed.
The Bestmed IT system has to be the worst system out there and when queries are logged your requests are ignored by customer service or useless information is provided that is impossible to make sense of. Follow up queries are marked as completed without any communication to us. PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>Despite being double charged for DSTV in January and calling them a month ago to sort it out which I was promised would be done I have just received my new account and they still owe me a months refund. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE AND THEY FEEL NOTHING FOR THEIRT CUSTOMERS. Time to move away. Disgusted with them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
I have logged numerous enquiries with Sanral eToll section about the images that I'm never able to view on the system when I pass through a gantry and these have all been ignored. In fact the STATUS is changed to CLOSED or CANCELLED without ever resolving the problem. The latest refs I have are 1435360, 1436494 and 1443903. The service from SANRAL is pathetic and I've been trying to get this fixed for years but they are completely inept.
