A very bad experience with Telkom contact centre agent; very relactend to help or escalate to supervisor for a second opinion. Very rude and even called me a ****. I recorded the last part of our conversation where she refered to me as telkom branch complainant than my name.
Multichoice cannot handle the number of cistomers they have; they recently withdrew fiber internet and just dumped the rest of the customers that still have contracts with them and still expect them to continue pay to the end of the contract without providing support when there is problems with connection. They will put you from pillar to post whe you have to report a faulty connection and expect you write emails and wait for 24 hours whilst they line is forever not working.
I bought a pool cleaner machine which did not work and took it back; it had a factory fault and kept on taking it and returning it without being fixed until the warranty expired. The machine is still with them and they can see it is still not working but want to test it by my house. Todate they have not come. They have a very bad customer service.

A very bad experience and service provided by the agent responsible for the bookings Lynette van Schalkwyk, very unprofessional and very selective with the service she provide. She canceled our booking done 6 months ago for people who just booked late. She **** and claimed that our books house was hit by storm by allocated it for other people. I don't want to be seen to be playing a race card but she canceled for us for her friends of a different colour. We'll it's SA, we ignore the still existing ******.

I have app**** for DSTV Fibre beginning of December and have been taken from pillar to post when following up. They always shipping the blame to the 3rd party supplier (OpenServe) who finally came to install the Fibre line last week. Now I am still awaiting for DSTV to deliver the router and connect my line and I am being sent from pillar to post again. I have experienced very bad service in my current installation and previous one was even worse, so it is my second bad experience with ĎSTV multi choice despite being patient all this time. What does it take for DSTV to install their Fibre product?? Why advertise the product if they don’t expertise in dealing with the product. Best Regards
I have previously complained about unavailable service, and after reporting to hellopeter in two dayd they sort out the problem partially. Upon calling again to fix payment I have made without service they say its my problem that I did not have service so no refund or credit will be made. I am not a follower of politics but after hering what Floyd Chibambu was saying about multichoice having monopoly about the service they provide and don't care about proper service is correct. Todate I am not sorted and had to pay for the whole month of Jan without any service that was provided. They need competition and it when they will start to value their customers.
I ordered an advertised package of R699 per month with DSTV Multichoice on 3 Dec 2022, providing Fibre,streamer and compact package. Installation of Fibre was only concluded on the 25th Jan 2023, todate the channels are not working. I have made numerous calls to their call centre and was taken from one agent to another, citing many reasons for the none working services.Amongsts other reasons saying I have not made payment which I made to the value of R900, that the streamer or Fibre is faulty which is untrue, I must make another payment and see if it will not work or Google on how to resolve the problem. I have since given up calling and the channels are not up till today. I think multichoice should not advertise products that they themselves are not sure on whether will work or not, they must run their trials first and have a way on how they'll will resolve unprovided services that the have collected money for.
