Mfc terrible service plan with Innovation group
I would never suggest this company when taking a service plan at all.... They sell you a 2 or 3 year motor plan but fails to stipulate that you will be paying for 2 services for the entire duration of the vehicle finance term adding additional credit to your vehicle finance. You can't cancel even if you don't make use of this service plan and yet after you cancel you still pay for the service plan partially or yet still full payment. Worst service from MFC and Innovation group!! Rather stick to getting a service plan from your insurance instead of using them!

Terrible and very expensive service plan from MFC
They sell you pathetic service plan for only 2 services minor and major. Minor services only covers oil and oil filter no other filters as per a normal minor service. Paying more than R15000 for 2 services and yet they add this as additional credit to your account so you will pay a service plan until your vehicle is paid off even if you don't get more than those 2 services you still pay every single month! You can't even cancel the policy as you will still pay even after your vehicle is out of the service plan. Between mfc and innovation group your struggle completely getting answers on how you pay 15k for only 2 service yet you can't cancel even though they said you can cancel 30days in advance. Never will I suggest getting a service plan with then rather keep your service plans with the insurance company that you will stop paying once your vehicle reached the certain amount of kilometers.

Verskriklike swak diens en lee beloftes. 1ste ondervinding met hulle ruil word gese jou voertuig se diesel pomp is foutief reg ons kry n ander 1 gee dit hulle se dieselfde storie vat hom in laat toets die pomp alles is reg met die pomp met die word skielik die pomp housing verander wat nie apart eers kan af nie maar nou ja dis waar voor ons moes betaal op die ou einde van die dag skielik word ons injectors vervang waarvan daar ook van ons 3 nuwe injectors 2 uit gevat is en vervang is met ou injectors. Daarna kom jy by jou huis na jy nou daar weg ry net om te sien maar die olie loop mos goed uit die bakkie uit man so kyk ons toe en n seel is nou skielik wat hy mos net olie laat tap waar dit nie so was voor jy hom invat nie maar tog moes ons betaal vir dit. Ons probeer maar weer gebruik maak van hulle met n t****e voertuig Jong mooi beloftes dat hulle die week nog ons kar sal klaar he want ons het hom dringend weer nodig mooi beloftes nee dis reg vanmidddag(Maandag 12des) sal ons die kar klaar gestrip he en kan se wat is alles nodig well kry in tussen die wet belt ens vir die voertuig net om vandag(Woensdag 14des) te hoor daar is nog niks gedoen nie net die wiel af verder niks dan reken die eienaar jou hy het niks beloftes gemaak nie Christo was tog hier die dag om die kar te vat na die shop en hy sal sien dat dit vandag nog gedoen word met sy baie lee beloftes Die beste van alles ook nog Dinsdag stap jy daar in en sien ma julle lekker almal sit wat gaan hier aan nee dis loadshedding mos ons kan niks doen nie as die krag af is is my hande en brein se Skakel ook af. Die is n uiterse swak plek om jou kar te vat swak diens en jou parte word sommer lekker geruil invoice vir werk wat nie eers gedoen was mooi hard les geleer moet nie die plek vertrou nie dis die laaste wat ek enige iets vir hulle sal vat om te doen

Terrible service Pay deposits and when you leave they do not pay your deposit back We cleaned and made sure of no breakage People new in the apartment after us and no inspection done according to them but they accommodate new clients in a un-inspected apartment. No feedback from Dominique quick to take funds but return nothings being done we paid your deposit and that deposit is still not in after 2 weeks and they keep the interest the make with the deposit in a trust account Please do not use this agency they are terrible

Worst renting agency you can rent from Getting billed for call out fee for moving out inspection per hour 2 maintenance guy to watch how windows get cleaned Paying for 2 cleaner after house where properly cleaned except few windows You email for maintenance to be done but no one comes and do maintenance we had to do all maintenance ourselves after they ignored your emails BAD RENTING AGENCY I will never advise anyone to rent from them
