I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE. I HAVE REACHED OUT REPEATEDLY AND I STILL REMAIN LISTED WITH THE BUREAU FOR A DEBT I PAID IN OCTOBER 2025. VODACOM DOES NOT RESPECT BLACK CLIENT
I PAID THEM IN FULL IN OCTOBER 2025 BUT I AM STILL LISTED ON THE BUREAU. AS A BLACK CLIENT WHO IS ALREADY AT A DISADVANTAGE, I CANNOT APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN BECAUSE OF VODACOM. THEY HATE BLACK CLIENTS ARE HOLDING ME AT ANSOM ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE SENT ME SEVERAL SETTLEMENT LETTERS. I AM LISTED FOR R783 WHICH I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT. I PAID IT BUT THEY REFUSE TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE CREDIT BUREAU. THEIR R783 DEBT IS AN ADVERSE LISTING ON MY CREDIT PROFILE. ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS OF ME ASKING THEM DO THE RIGHT THING
I paid up my account on 2025/10/09 and to date, Vodacom has not updated the credit bureau. The account still appears as being in default. I did not even know that I owed them R700 for a fibre line I cancelled more than 5 years ago. They never made contact to inform me about this supposed debt. Vodaom is genuinely so unserious. No-one can account for anything. You will be sent from pillar to post just to get answers. I am sick of them and their pathetic service, honestly.
Hassim mistreating Employees: It is so disheartening to support a black owned business that thrives in humiliating and embarrassing young, black people. I have heard too many stories of employees under Legae who are Abused and Humiliated by a lady named Hassim. She is supposedly the HR of the company and working under her is a Humiliation ritual. I am baffled that in this current economic climate our young brothers & sisters are brought to tears by someone who is meant to mentor and build them up. I will NOT stop writing about this. I will rant on all Social media platforms about this treatment until they learn that those people they have employed have families & communities who support Legae. Stop placing bullies in high places.

Your agent/consultant named Cleopatra Thuli Mavi is the most Rude, Inconsiderate and Abusive sales person I have ever been exposed to. She would call me even at 9pm to Force me to pay and send me 5 consecutive voice notes on WhatsApp. It was beginning to feel like a ****. When I expressed that she cannot keep sending me multiple Voicenotes and harassing me with phone calls at night, she simply said I'm selfish. I don't know what Kind of training is offered to your employees but it below par and it is actually the Main reason why I would much rather opt to buy a router from Rain than be serviced by people who do not have Any understanding of what customer service is and how customers should be treated. I had to block her because even after I expressed my discomfort with the constant calls and Voicenotes, she disregarded this and called me names.
Extremely RUDE AND ROWDY staff. They have no training on customer service. They will call and demand that you leave whatever you are doing and listen to them fail to explain what the company does. Even if this company was the last one on earth, I would never think to use them because they hire Ill Mannered people. I was prepared to listen to what it is that they do and an unqualified consultant threatened me with remaining on the blacklist. I don't even know what I am being blacklisted for. SCAMMMM
The Steers at Grayston in Sandton serves the Worst food. Their chips taste like they were boiled before being friend. You can also taste that the potatoes were not peeled properly!! Disappointing & Disgusting. This has happened twice with their chips.

I called in, panicking after my child was injured & he went over & above in ensuring i got the assistance i required. By the time i got to the Hospital he had already called them & made the necessary arrangements!! I cannot thank you enough. Keep it up
