Excellent Service
I contacted Outsurance on the 8th August 2025 for insurance on my vehicle. Agent Rorisang Radebe was excellent. Helpful, friendly just a joy to speak to. Her assistance was awesome. With service like this I can defnitely say that Outsurance is great. Thank you Rori. Keep up being awesome

NATIS Nightmare
My license is about to expire. For the last 2 months I've been trying to confirm a date to renew my license but with no success. This morning the 12.10.2020, I got a spot in Heidelberg, while I was busy completing my application, I received my OTP pin, when I went to put in the pin the system kick me out without giving me my confirmation. I contacted the traffic department to see if my booking was registered, the lady advised me to check my bookings on the NATIS website which I did. To my shock there was nothing. I had a date and time, but nothing registered. This is so frustrating. Can we get a better way to resolve the renewal of our card licenses please. All departments is showing 0 slots available. How are we suppose to renew our licenses if we can't get a booking.

No Service
I had a bad experience my data disappeared and nobody can help me to solve the problem. I need to know what happened with my 1G WhatsApp data and 500MB data that disappeared on Mon 07.10.2019. No help from the Call Centre. They refunded me a R100, I loaded data again which disappeared in less than 30 min. I contacted them and was inform that my query is open with nobody attending to it as yet. I went to the store to make sure that no apps is running that is causing this ridiculous high used. All was in order, because my phone runs updates on Wifi. I need solutions and answers. A refund alone is not solving my problem.
