Unprofessional & Bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pathetic service! Bought a vehicle on Saturday at Brackenfell branch & we are still waiting for feedback regarding documents and receiving vehicle. Keep on receiving phone calls from different sales agents regarding our current car as if they don't communicate with their colleagues nor know how to do their work properly. Tried phoning the manager and he drops call in your ear. UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention the buyer agents attitude because he is sick and has to work. If I could give no stars I WOULD!

BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolute TIME WASTERS , Rude and arrogant staff in the Maternity Ward! After being advised that they will be able to assist me during my pregnancy checkups and delivering my baby with a referral letter they turned me away at 36 Weeks and 4 days of my pregnancy! They refused to see me and showed me away leaving me stranded with NO medical consultation. There is definitely a difference in having a job that you actually like/love and just treating your patients like trash for money. If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
Lack of professionality in staff , instead of helping the pregnant ladies they would rather complain about not having breakfast yet, but have to assist patients. Like it isn't what they signed up for when they went into this field! They give you timeslots that you can choose from but end up leaving you waiting for 3 hours after your scheduled time and when you ask them out the get arrogant! I feel for the ladies having to give birth their with staff like this because they have no patients with a new mom!! After having a scheduled 09h00 appointment I was left for 3 hours , I left without having any medical consultation as I have a job to get to!! The bathrooms are in a pathetic state , no sanitizer available , no toilet paper , NO SOCIAL DISTANCING absolutely nothing!! If I could give no start I would without a doubt!!!

If I could give no stars I would DEFINITELY!!!! Pathetic how they can turn a 36 week pregnant woman away with a referral letter who is seeking medical consultation!!! After being turned away I contacted the Maternity Ward where a arrogant nurse and doctor told me they refuse to assist me when I have to deliver my baby! Absolutely a disgrace how they can treat their patients!!!!
