After numerous emails requesting that they cancel my debt review status and refund me for all the money's deducted from my capitec account I received an email they informed me that they are suspending,their debt counseling service with me! So it means that I'm still under debt review and that they didn't adhere to my request I personally feel that this is proof how bad they treat their customers
I saw a add on Facebook to write off your debt and a lady from my debt hero called me and I told her that I have a Woolworth credit card and she told me that she can reduce my monthly installment and I agreed. I never sent them my ID proof of residence proof of income and never signed any documents. I this was during May this year. I on the 30 th of May a debit order was deducted from my capitec account for R 1,511.25 and the Woolworth debit order was also deducted from my capitec account. I sent them an email of my bank statements to prove that the 2 x debit orders went through my account till the end of August and then I realised that I was under debt review! I I then also told them that I was lead into a trap. I they kept telling me that that they will refund me but can't reverse my debt review! I I'm a 75 year old pensioner and they are bullying me by disregarding my request for a refund and the fact that I can't stop the debit order from my bank account. All I want is that this ******** process to stop and that they will refund me
I received an email from them after I complained and they asked me to make a payment of R 50 and I made an immediate payment. I mailed them twice to confirm the payment and haven't heard anything from them since them. Your assistance will be appreciated
I sent them an email on the 8th of April 2021 an application for dispute resolution form. I received a non reply mail from them and they told me that someone will contact me within 10 days. I tried to phone but they couldn't assist. I mailed them about 5 times and phoned them about 10 times and nobody could assist me. It looks like their staff is incompetent. My wife is terminally sick with emphysema and on oxygen 24 7 her debit card is blocked and called the call centre for assistance and they promised to visit my wife at home to issue her a new card. I also asked them that my wife want to make me a proxy on her account as she isn't able to go to the bank. They want me to go to the court to get a power of attorney but I feel it's not necessary. I am still waiting for a final arrangement for the visit
