Hi So I have been waiting for a so called sms to come through from Confirmations Department confirming my order. Still nothing!!! I received an email clearly stating I should phone 082 178 44 to complete my order. Have been doing this since Friday and absolutely no one can help me! Keep telling me to wait for an sms from confirmations department?? Seriously how long does this take?????
I am not happy with the service received thus far. So on Tuesday I app**** online for an iPhone 13. My application was submitted and was pending. Since then I had to send numerous emails up and down to CAD Online email and Duncan Dhlamini. Still no response. I phoned Vodacom customer service yesterday to follow up and I was told I only qualify for a phone of R300????? On my salary???? Then the lady tried to get me to sign up for anything just to get a deal through and she said “vodacom should first see how you pay this small account before giving an iPhone”. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a radio online on the 12th of Dec. It showed in stock and paid for the item. 2 days later received a call from the Kimberley branch, guy could not even speak properly! He informed me that there is no stock. I have emailed and phoned for a refund, still nothing. Disgusting! Ombudsman will be the next step.
So sad to have to go to these measures to be heard, have been a loyal policy holder of Oneplan Pet Insurance for over three years, and they WERE, WERE, WERE, excellent, even with the passing of one of my dogs, the experience WAS, WAS, WAS amazing. Now we get to this... So sad... I am writing this complaint after numerous telephone calls with Oneplan, emails up and down and still they have not gotten back to me, they are ignoring my requests. So I have 2 pets insured with them for the past 3 years. In May 2021, I used my OneCard and paid for things at the Vet which Oneplan then rejected. I repaid the full amount of the claim totaling to R1200 in Aug 2021. That was the end of the situation. Since Aug 2021 up to Sept 2022 I have had my dogs at the vet numerous times and loaded funds to my Oneplan card without any issues. When I took my one dog in to the vet in Nov 2022, my funds to be loaded to my card was rejected. I phoned and phoned and after hours on the phone the lady told me that there is an outstanding claim from May 2021 that is outstanding, I do not understand how this pops up now only, and this after I paid it and it was settled. Since Nov 2022 my account shows active but I am unable to claim anything or take my dogs to the vet due to this still not being resolved, I tried again now, and the error remains. The error also shows my policy was unpaid, I attached proof of payment of the payment done on 1 Dec immediately when it bounced, this morning again I get an sms saying my policy is unpaid. This after someone phoned me yesterday to say its unpaid and then said ''Oh wait I see you did make the payment on 1 Dec''. So I really dont know what is going on. My policy is now being daunted with errors and it keeps piling up, in such a way that I do not know how they will fix it. I also see my name, Lorinda Labuschagne, is loaded as a dog, on my policy. I demand One plan to sort this out immediately and issue me with a written apology and reason behind this incompetence, and I sincerely hope that they know, should something happen to my dogs and I am unable to take them to the vet and claim, there will be hell to pay. I have given this company more than a month to resolve, without prevail. I am happy to send through all communications to and from them on request.
Good day, Hoping this is my last email. I have been phoning since yesterday and this morning. No answer! I DO NOT and NEVER requested a dispute to be logged, I purely sent an email requesting information. Thanks to this dispute all my applications were put on hold. Firstly I would like to thank Sindile who helped me since the 23rd of August 2022 when I wanted to start the process. My debt and situation, and all adverse and bad history on my credit profile, was so bad, that I thought it would take a miracle to get me out of this! I am very sceptical with all these ‘’Debt Counsellors’’ so I really did some homework. I came across Credit Salvage and looked at their reviews, which sold them. So I gave it a try, but still sceptical. What I like about this company, it is not a corporation such as your BIGGEST debt counsellors where you struggle to get through and speak to someone else every single time. Sindile always answered the phone and I was in constant discussions with the Director Quinten and Sindile. Personalised service is important to them. I got the feeling I am their own client, or so I assumed! 😊 On the 21st of October I received my Clearance certificate (from debt review and proof of paying up all my accounts). I prayed and took a chance on the 1st of November, hoping my credit score has improved and that the Debt Review Flag was removed. I applied for a brand new car, my dream car. I got approved, and on the 4th of November I got my car! Something I thought would never happen to me again as this situation came from 2018 and I could not see the light. Although I was not the easiest client they ever had, due to stress levels, they kept calm and reassured me that they are sorting it out and I knew they have my back. I sold my car on the 26th of August and had to share a car with my husband hoping to pay off my debts and I went into this process with faith and trusting their word, which they kept! 9 Weeks later, my name is cleared and I am HUMAN AGAIN! I would highly recommend Credit Salvage to any person struggling, even before getting yourself into trouble, don’t wait for it to explode. THANKS AGAIN SINDILE AND QUINTEN, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! Take this review from a person who doesn’t go into something without doing homework and always sceptical…Just saying
So it has been over a month where my debt counsellor is trying to get information on 2 accounts from FNB I still owe. Up to date no feedback, we get sent to everyone, and no one can assist. I have taken this to the Ombudsman and National Credit Regulator because my clearance and my credit score WILL NOT hang indefinitely due to FNB's inability to assist! SHOCKING! Easy to hand out money but when a consumer is standing with the money ready to pay, no one knows anything, and the consumer pulls the short end of it!
