Bad customer service
I have been on hold for morethan 30 minutes after I have been talking to morethan 5 consultants regarding my Fica documents with no success. Finally when I get hold of one consultant named malcon pillay he made things worse he wants to talk without even listening to me and his rude, telling me his got customers to attend to, I ddnt understand what I was since he got customers to attend to.

Sogo Sushi, Northlands corner, your drivers are liers.
I ordered food from this restaurant, and it was delivered on time and I paid for my food. Surprisingly I got a report saying I ddnt pay. I replied telling them that I paid and I have proof of payment, but stil they said I ddnt not pay, sending me messages that they paid for my bill, *** is that. It was not the first time to order food with them. They ask people to deliver our food and we pay cash sometimes, when they are told we did not pay they trust them. Without even hearing from us. Muhamed stop harrasing me, telling me that I did not pay. I paid this lady using ewallet I stil have proof.

Fnb I trusted you
I send ewallet to the wrong number, and I tried to reverse it in less than 5 minutes but the erra msg said the are insufficient fund. I keep on trying for so many times I get the same message, until I called the call centre and I was told that the money has been taken already and the is nothing they can do on their side.i asked why I couldn't reverse the money coz I ddnt even take time to realise my mistake, the lady told me that mayb it went to the ewallet that is not revesable. I ddnt know the is a revesable and non revesable. Wow fnb what a service, to think that I've been using fnb since I was a student until today I was happy, but not anymore. So I lost my money just like that.
