Good day Hope all is well Good day all. I drive a BMW GSA R1200 K51 2014. That I bought second hand at BMW Fourways from Desmond with about 60 000 km on the clock. Whom is a great sales agent and goes the extra mile. This was done in 16 August 2023. This was also my dream bike that I worked hard for. And love it from the first ride I did. I took it in for a clutch replacement on 2 May 2024. Service on that was 100% But my complaint is as follows. I did some research and watch some videos on the clutch replacement so see what is done and how it is done. Then I noted that there is a replacement on 60 000 km service or if the bike is at the dealer. At the cost of BMW. EP: 27 BMW Free Driveshaft Replacement GS/A R RS RT INFO337390 R1200 / R1250 K50, 51, 52, 53 and 54 (youtube.com) But I was not made aware of this or even asked about this. I found out about this by accident. On YouTube If I am aware and correct the dealers was suppose to know about this or inform me about this. This was not the case. When I asked the dealer where I bought the bike from they said yes that is correct and is willing to help me. But the bike is only due for major service in 5000 km. The bike even has a full service from BMW it self I would really like to know what can be done about this ? As I feel why was I not informed about this when the bike was at the dealer on the clutch replacement.
Good day. About over a month and half ago i asked and send mails and called for my BMW finace to reset my password as I could not log in to check my statments. And to get a posible settlement letter. I have tried the website to reset password with no success. I called with no success and mailed as well and literally every mail i send i get a responce it can take 24 hours and it literally does. And no one is getting my problem sorted. Very fast to take every ones money but the service after that does not exist. All i want is for the password to be reset to what i want to be set at.
Good day My name is Sean Broodryk. I have a complaint agains Starbucks South Africa. I have spend over R 10 000 with you from the day that one of your branches opend in Pretoria Woodlands and that was for close to a year and half Now I can not use my app for over 3 days. I have money on there and rewards that i want to use and now the app do not work. No messages nor emails that state way the app not working. Just a mail that say update comming. Now i am going to take this to hello Peter as this is not right at all. And on top of it all no shop accept cash no more.
PSG is the most useless insurance company out there. I have my bike from 6th Sept 2019 and still to this day 16/10/2019 and no debit order went off from them. Especially Doris Mashilo. As she said from day one that she never received any info from me. BUT iI was next to the employee of BMW and saw here emailing all the info and whe showed here the timestamps and still nothing. So what are you going to do when I claim. Say sorry sure you are not covered or say you have not paid for anything ?????
