Be careful using this company, I have been a loyal customer for approximate 11 years servicing my two bikes with them all this time. I have noticed service has dropped over the last couple of years and this weekend was my last with them, My bike needed repair work which they quoted me R5000 after having the bike for two weeks and me having to chase them up after they waited for a back order part I went to collect my bike with the bill having increased to R6500, They told me they made a mistake on the quote! but during the two weeks of having the bike did not take the opportunity to let me know. This has cost them all my future services with them and I was planning on replacing one of the bikes with a new one in the next couple months, so they have lost that sale as well as I will purchase the bike elsewhere. So ensure they give you proper quotes and don't decide to inflate the costs on collection

Good day Hope all is well Good day all. I drive a BMW GSA R1200 K51 2014. That I bought second hand at BMW Fourways from Desmond with about 60 000 km on the clock. Whom is a great sales agent and goes the extra mile. This was done in 16 August 2023. This was also my dream bike that I worked hard for. And love it from the first ride I did. I took it in for a clutch replacement on 2 May 2024. Service on that was 100% But my complaint is as follows. I did some research and watch some videos on the clutch replacement so see what is done and how it is done. Then I noted that there is a replacement on 60 000 km service or if the bike is at the dealer. At the cost of BMW. EP: 27 BMW Free Driveshaft Replacement GS/A R RS RT INFO337390 R1200 / R1250 K50, 51, 52, 53 and 54 (youtube.com) But I was not made aware of this or even asked about this. I found out about this by accident. On YouTube If I am aware and correct the dealers was suppose to know about this or inform me about this. This was not the case. When I asked the dealer where I bought the bike from they said yes that is correct and is willing to help me. But the bike is only due for major service in 5000 km. The bike even has a full service from BMW it self I would really like to know what can be done about this ? As I feel why was I not informed about this when the bike was at the dealer on the clutch replacement.

Joan Fourie repeatedly ignoring my needs and requests regarding: Joan Fourie refuses to acknowledge the amounts included under ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS is in fact additional payments instead argues these fees are included. Additional Payments have been included prior to my consent and agreement by Joan Fourie and BMW Financial Services. Joan Fourie uses VAPS Consaltuncy to invoice BMW Financial Services another R1000 on top of the BMW Care&Cosmetics cover provided by PinnAfrica for R2405. Joan Fourie also includes another R600 in the Care&Cosmetic cover that is described by PinnAfrica as commission fee. Joan Fourie refuses to refund the amount R1600 even though it has been clearly invoiced to BMW Finance by VAPS Consultance.

My day completely and royally ruined, I trusted the brand Bavarian Motorcycles. I waited two weeks for my K1300s low seat to be delivered, when I rocked up to collect turned out it was wrong seat delivered. Despite my internal fuming I allowed a re-order for the proper seat. Waited another another two weeks, After receiving email to come collect, again it's a wrong seat. I am casually told to order again or I can get my refund?????! No apology or acknowledgement of my utter disappointment and frustration. I came here because you are BMW and expected professionalism of the highest order. Instead I am met with such incompetence and arrogance. Thanks to you Arno my week is monumentally ruined and will never again set foot in that sorry outlet nor recommend it to club members! What a bunch of bungling incompetent business people????

Had my motorcycle serviced at Bavarian. A friend noticed that the oil level on my motorcycle is too high. I was under the impression that Bavarian new what they were doing with the oil service so did not care to much about this. 2500KM later the camshafts worn away and left me stranded. When I confronted Bavarian about the high oil level, I was told that this is impossible, even though I saw it and had a few witnesses.

Bavarian Motorcycles use to have great service However. The loan bike broke down because the battery was old. When I went back to pick up the bike after its service I was charged more than double what I was quoted over the phone. When I queried why i was given the wrong pricing I was treated like I was mad . Sad to say that you have just lost a loyal customer.

I have been a client at BMW Bavarian Motorcycles in Centurion since 2008 and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. This week they went above and beyond by collecting my bike at home to sort out an issue with a tyre pressure monitor. They will also bring back my bike, without even charging me a cent! I had a back operation recently and currently am not able to drive. Now that is what I call great service! Thank you Bavarian! No wonder you are the best!
