Going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
Excellent and friendly service as always from the BMW Bavarian Motorcycles team. They have gone out of their way to assist me with getting my GSA LC in tip top shape and ready for action in no time and really going that extra mile to do so. Thanks Bavarian Motorcycles Team

Friendly Professional Service
I just want to compliment the guys there at Trax KTM on their service. I've had dealings with them over the last 3 months and every-time I walked away with a smile. I had an issue with my RC8 and they helped me out without a booking and thus secured a sale which might have been lost if they did not assist. Again today, my exhaust was sorted out in record time, and apart from that, I was contacted to hear if an exhaust guard can be fitted as a recommendation to avoid future damage. Shortly after this I was contacted to inform me that my bike was ready for collection. This all transpired in a period of 2 hours, what a pleasure. When I got there the bill was ready and after settling it I found my bike already loaded and tied down. Friendly professional faces all round, well done guys and girls at Trax KTM!

Great service from Outsurance
I took delivery of my new motorcycle yesterday and prior to jumping on and riding in to the wind I had to get insurance which is the grown-up thing to do.<br> <br> I ended up with Natasha Nel as a consultant and not only was her service swift and painless but she had a great \\smiley\attitude about it. My insurance was arranged and in effect within 10 minutes and I could carry on with my life knowing I was insured should something happen.<br> <br> I won't be moving my insurance anywhere if Outsurance keeps this level of service up\""
