I am paying over 36 months for a device on a 24 month contract, in store support is useless. went to three in store and possibly 40+ phonecalls to try and sort this out . Jumped through all the hoop for the useless online self help. I have probably spent twee week of my life talking to useless call centre employees that can only tell you your balance or redirect you to another useless employee. They cant even tell me when I took out the contract because their" system does not go that far back". I have all the statements proving tat I have payed up the devise and still cant be helped. What a useless service provider. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible. Not to mention the poor network coverage.
Bad customer service. They charged me R100 for 6 months after I closed my account to double my 0 mb data bundle. Customer service tries to put the blame on me. Get your act together, how can you charge someone for a 0 mb data bundle?
<p>Bavarian Motorcycles use to have great service However. The loan bike broke down because the battery was old. When I went back to pick up the bike after its service I was charged more than double what I was quoted over the phone. When I queried why i was given the wrong pricing I was treated like I was mad . Sad to say that you have just lost a loyal customer.</p>
<p>Vodacom has taken over my contract from autopage, no consent was given from me. They removed the data softcap that i had on the data part. My databill is going to be in excess of R1000 due to automatic updates that my phone did at night. R2 a MB!!!!!!! More than 500 times the price of competitor data bundles. Please fix your mistake, give me back my money and put back my softcap.</p>
VODACOM ACCOUNT: I3757687<br> <br> An application for a cell phone contract was made with Vodacom 4U Vaal Mall on the 22 September 2013 in my name using falsified documents. I have received a letter from vodacom forensic department that confirmed the documents used were falsified and that this is a fraud case, meaning that vodacom needs to refund the money deducted from my bank account. (I have a copy of the falsified documents that was used to make the application). These document were not certified as per requirements.<br> <br> Despite Vodacom admitting that this is a fraud case and saying that they will refund me the amount deducted from my bank account. I have not received any payment. When I phone the Vodacom call center I just get transferred from department to department with no resolution. I have sent my documents through to vodacom countless times with no response. This has been OVER 2 YEARS!! PLEASE HELP!!!
