I app**** for the 10 coffees/cappuccinos subscription. When ordering my cappuccino, the bill did not even have a barcode as described by their system to be able to get the free coffee. Few days later I tried again without success by scanning the barcode on their screen. Even giving them the voucher number does not work. They keep on deducting it from my linked credit card! The employees working at Mugg and Bean can not even help me and there is no help number. Useless.
Ordered the GW-T Motorbike Carplay pad. 99% of the pictures on their website for the device showd a different design. The pictures are misleading. Not happy with the purchase.
Only get 36 hours to deposit an item, but as loadshedding causes Pudo to be offline all the time, it is impossible to deposit the parcels. Pudo does nothing about this offline issues and their automated helpdesk is on its own mission with answering irrelevant answers to my questions.

According to their website waiting period is 3 to 5 days. I received no feedback even on day 5. Contacted them and was told that it will be investigated. After few days still no feedback. I then requested the order to be cancelled. 2 days later they informed me that there is a 15% penalty for cancellations. All this because of their bad service. After few days still nothing. Again contacted them and was told they only do payments on Tuesdays, so had to wait another week.
Ordered on Friday and received item on Monday. Realy fast service. Highly commended.
Bought motorcycle safety gear from MX Allience (Vanderbijlpark) in December last year. Still have not received it. Getting excuses which does not add up. Tried to get a refund. Was told I will be liable for a 35% loss for cancelling the order due to their bad service. Even after a week I still have not received any refund or reply. Realy bad service. Will not recommend them to anybody.
Had my motorcycle serviced at Bavarian. A friend noticed that the oil level on my motorcycle is too high. I was under the impression that Bavarian new what they were doing with the oil service so did not care to much about this. 2500KM later the camshafts worn away and left me stranded. When I confronted Bavarian about the high oil level, I was told that this is impossible, even though I saw it and had a few witnesses.
Had my motorcycle serviced for its 1000km service. Bike was perfect before service. As I drove off from Bavarian Motorcycles in Centurion I experienced that the steering is extremely stiff. I was told by Bavarian that the Steering Ball Joint seized while they serviced the motorcycle.
I bought a R1200GSA from Bavarian Motorcycles. Within 6 months of numerous problems with this motorcycle, the Onbudsman instructed Bavarian Motorcycles to take the motorcycle back. Bavarian Motorcycle's Dealer Principle (Roger Smith) decided that he is no longer willing to except the motorcycle even though he is going against the Onbudsman decision and the Consumer Protection Act. This is the type of after sales service you can expect from Bavarian Motorcycles.
