Truffles on the Park food making us sick
I am as sick as a dog after eating at this restaurant. So is my mother! The food was clearly off! We have both been kept up all night from food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend.

Cell C Fibre Nightmare!
I am in utter awe with the customer experience I’ve had with Cell C; or rather shouldn’t have had. In March 2019, I applied for Fibre to my Home, and got no feedback from them within the following 2 weeks. I then decided to go ahead with another service provider and then cancelled my application with Cell C. The following month, my account gets debited from Cell C with no fibre services from them and NOBODY from their team coming to my house to install the fibre. I queried this with them, got no assistance, then reversed the funds with my banker. This continued for the next 6 months - Cell C debiting my account without providing me with any services or with my authority while a debit order dispute is supposedly “logged”; talking to rude call Centre agents; no response from them in terms of my dispute; and continuously having to reverse these debit orders with my banker and incurring banking fees for this. I cannot believe that I am being treated this way as a customer by this company. My funds are being debited by them in such a shady way, where they keep splitting the debit orders into different amounts and giving them different reference numbers, so I am unable to put a Stop Order on them. Surely this is against the Consumer Protection Act. They have provided me with no services whatsoever!! I do plan on taking legal action against them- I am unfortunately dealing with the loss of my father and will not be able to attend to this at the moment. However for now, I would prefer to let other consumers know what a nightmare it is to deal with Cell C Fibre! I followed up with the dispute again about a week ago and they still debited my account this morning! Totally ridiculous. There is a rating of 1 star on my review, but they deserve none at all.
