****med by this organization I bought and engine for H1 HYUNDAI BUS DIESEL from them on the 27/08/2025 and deposited R15000 because the guy by the name of Drikus a white guy told me that the engine is at the warehouse his brother in law has it and I have to wait for an hour of which I did then there was nothing, then I had to tell him that I'll come next time for it then he said he'll make sure it's available on the 17/09/2027 I went back again he said it's still at the warehouse then I waited again for more than 2 hours then I gain decided to go back always I have to spend transport and money from Kempton park to Rosslyn, on the 21/10/2025 I went back again for it because he said it's available and same story happened then I had to verbally fight with him and requested my money back he rep**** by saying he will never gime my money back without any explanation then i had to keep calm and think of Xrepo from Moja love and waited again for more than 2 hours while giving me an attitude ,I had to go back again home as he said he'll deliver the engine the following day and nothing happened until today in closer im agitated with this company and very sad for paying for something that is not there because I never saw an egine can someone please help me to get my money back from this guy by the name of Drikus he says he is the owner of that firm
Pineapple car insurance a very bad company that doesn't even care about their clients I have 3 months waiting for them to fix my car and they take me from pillarr to posts I don't even wish anyone to join it
Pineapple insurance under Old Mutual Insurance is a **** straight one of their Clint hit my car on the 23rd April 2024 and since that time they play hide and sick to pay me or fix my vehicle reference 1311917 was given for claims but the guy who was supposed to assist me by the name of Tebogo Nkambule does not even respond to my mails to hear what's the problem on their side since I was given 30 days for payment to reflect on my account
I was involved in an accident on the 23 March 2024 where a person hit me at the rear of my vehicle and he is from Iwyze Old Mutual Car Insurance.i phoned Pineapple insurance under Old Mutual Insurance and told me that I need to submit documents and pictures of which I did and since that time I waited for their response until now, no one is saying anything even a respond saying that they'll get back to me or maybe or they stil investigating the matter nothing. I do not know this Car insurance but it's very very bad if someone can help me regarding thus even attorneys or advise 067 998 3598
I have a problem with Pineapple insurance since one of their guys hit me on the 23rd April 2024 I submitted everything as a third party and I don't get any feedback from them my claim number is 1311913 even a word to say will fix your car or give you money to fix it or we still investigating nothing
I like to put a complain or a grievance against my manager who always threaten me about my job and intimidate and swear me in front of the customer when she's teaching me the job And I'm still new, so I'm using this platform because I can't take my complain to anyone she says she's the boss and she'll also fire me her name is Angie Polori a Manager at Pe home Delareyville branch
I'm very disappointed for webuycars.co.za as a whole not only Richmond branch at cape Town. On the 16th I bought a car online from that branch and paid everything including the money for delivery to the nearest branch at Germiston and still now I don't even get a respond from the guy who was supposed to assist me by the name of Ezra Twigg, please guys refund me all my money back to my account because even the call centre don't assist me saying will get back to you now and then when I put a complain
I bought a car from webuycars online auction on the 17th and on the 24th I paid for the delivery of it from Richmond webuycars to Germiston since that time no one is talking to me and I've been assigned the guy by the name of Ezra Twigg and they say he is the only guy who is going to communicate with me but even now nothing and when i try to chat with him he doesn't respond and I think I've been ****med by this company
I applied for pension back lending loan at Standard bank and I provided them with whatever they requested and I told them that the statement that I gave them is closed and gave them the right account to transfer the money but not the one on the bank statement because that one i closed it as they took time to assist me and it gave me a problems in terms of my fees, I then emailed them many times to enquire when will the money be transferred as I've changed the accident number even phoning the rude consultants to assist me on that but later on after sometimes I got the message saying the money will appear on my account within 3 days I thought because I phoned the consultants and gave them the right account number it will reflect on the one I gave them recently to rectify but today I phoned them again Standard Bank pension back lending and they said the money is in the closed account since the 9 November 2022 Now they take me from pillar to post and they don't want to provide me with that proof of payment because I have a proof of the closed and at Birch Acres branch they said the consultants told them that I have to reopen a closed account of which at Absa bank Birch Acres they say it's impossible to reopen the account that I have closed
I have a big problem with Absa I'm using a cheque account and they said they'll only charge me R109 as monthy fees but they charge other fees which they don't know how to explain it ,last month it was R60 on top and this month is R157.00, R71.50, R10.00 , R1.50 and the consultant at Kempton Park doesn't know what are these charges for were being chowed seriously
