I booked tickets on the 5th of February from Mosselbay to Carletonville. I booked over the phone, talking with an agent. I specifically asked for seats on the dreamliner as i had a broken foot and really needed that extra space. Instead we got booked on the horrible single decker and even though i booked an extra seat, i had to endure 18hrs of extreme pain and discomfort. This is not acceptable. I did email them after to complain but they only said they have the right to change the busses used. Again not acceptable. That singledecker is so small and tight that there is scarcely breathing space. And omw forget about trying to get to the toilet!! Not again. Ever.
If you do not visit Delfinos you will miss out on an amazing place with great food and amazing managers and staff. With the ocean and beach right infront of you and great tasting food this place is a must see and visit.
So mad. Bought alot of meat there last week and put it in my freezer directly. Opened a pack of steak same day and was rotten. Opened another and same thing. On thursday wanted to braai wors, rotten agàin. That we just threw away. Yesterday wanted to braai steak again, rotten again!!! Meat in freezer do not get smelling and dripping rotten in 5 days!!! It has now been 2 weeks since ive started trying to get my app restored and my wallet money back from pnpASAP langebergmall. This past week all my emails has gone unanswered. They apparently answered me pvtly on my previous complaint here but there was no reply when i clicked on the reply. So im still in the dark on everything.
I have emailed PNPASAP again this morning asking to just refund what they owe me to my bank account and that i will not be using their ASAP anymore because after 5 days my issue has not yet been resolved. And still no answer or reply from them. Show quoted text
I had a bad product delivered to me. I contacted them and they imediately refunded me the amount into my wallet on the ASAP app. Problem is there is no option on the app to use the wallet credit. I have written numetous emails today and although someone answers back, they are skirting around the wallet problem and its not getting resolved.
I ordered some groceries from PnP Langeberg mall Mosselbay. One of my items was not in the bags. There is no option to report an issue on the app itself so i sent an email. That was was this morning before 8am. Its now 8pm and still no reply from them. This is the 3rd time i had an issue with them. They also gave me a promo code for discount after the first time i had to go pick up my order myself. The code was to expire end of October 2024. Wanted to use it too today. But it said code no longer valid. So this was last time i order through PnP ASAP here.
Today 19 Sept 2024 i have put in an order before 8am with pnp ASAP. It is now 11 am and still have not received my order and my emails and calls is unanswered.
Money has been sent to me on Friday 26/4/2024. Have proof of payment. But nothing has been reflecting in my account. Today Monday 29/4/2024 at 12: 19 pm i have sent numerous emails to Capitec but got no response back and also no money reflecting still. Unacceptable
I have had problems with the payment to start my openserve connection. They have a watsapp page for helping clients. No other way to contact someone there. I have asked for help there yesterday the 4th of Des 2023 at 9am and i am still waiting on an answer and call from them today 5th Des 2023 at 12:23 pm. I have also in desperation called the sales people this morning at 7: 30 and they said someone will call. Still waiting on that too. They seriously have terrible service.
