EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICCE
If it were up to me everyone in this world would be insured through OUTsurance!! Everything is hassle free, from the processes to the staff who are super friendly and helpful. I put in my claim after my vehicle was hijacked the process was so smooth and fast. I'm really happy I made the decision of insuring my vehicle with them. From now on everything from life to building is going to be insured by them. WELL DON GUYS!!! You have given me a reason to smile again. Your service is out of this world, I will never stop talking about you....

Rejected Claim
I reported my vehicle stolen and they came back 4 days later to say they will not be paying what they had promised because 1 time when I was on maternity leave and depending on UIF I got paid late and debit order was reversed!! They don't consider that they came back and took the money 3 days later.. Now the claim is rejected because of that. If you are with Cartrack you are just giving away money because the units don't work and they will never pay out your claim. DO NOT TAKE CARTRACK!!!

Never going back there
I had been visiting the place a few times since my I fell pregnant and had no issues till I went recently for a scan. The doctor was super unfriendly, she kept moving that scan thing around my belly without saying anything, I mean it doesn't matter how many times you go for a scan that thing is unclear and you won't know what is what unless it is explained to you. I had to constantly ask what is happening and I got vague answers. The picture that was I got from the scan had someone else's name on it? They didn't have folic acids which I had to go buy at clicks. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go pay the R320 for that. Rather go to a doctor.

Great Customer Service
I called Mercedes-Benz on call today asking for assistance with a vehicle that is out of warranty, vehicle was stuck on park. Lady I was speaking to is Lizzy she was super friendly and and did her best to get me assistance even though the vehicle is out of warranty. She put me on a call with Kevin Demobier one of their technicians who exceeded my expectation. These two stars deserve recognition and are assets to the company.
