Never going back there
I had been visiting the place a few times since my I fell pregnant and had no issues till I went recently for a scan. The doctor was super unfriendly, she kept moving that scan thing around my belly without saying anything, I mean it doesn't matter how many times you go for a scan that thing is unclear and you won't know what is what unless it is explained to you. I had to constantly ask what is happening and I got vague answers. The picture that was I got from the scan had someone else's name on it? They didn't have folic acids which I had to go buy at clicks. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go pay the R320 for that. Rather go to a doctor.

Never going back there

Bad Health Care
I have been using them till recently that is on the 3rd august i consulted and blood was taken on 3rd of August. I experienced swelling the same day. The next day there was a bruise and it got worse the third day. I went back on 3rd day and the lady that assisted me said its just a bruise and there is nothing they can give me. This got worse and it was. On the 11 August i called to check on my results and they said they will call m back. the lady which i did not take down her name said that the lab has lost my blood sample. I asked her how is it possible. She said i must come back to draw blood again. This is when i told her that i have a big bruise on my arm and no one can give me answers. She just said well we will wait from you if you would like a refund or have blood taken again. I am disgusted at how this is being handled at Quali health in Alexandra. No one cares and i do not understand how my blood sample got lost at the Lab as the lady say. They need to prove that this was collected by the Lab as they claim. I am stilled bruised and it looks terrible.

POOR SERVICE DOCTOR LEGOETE QUALI HEALTH
Doctor legoete from quali health Alexandra ,firstly she went to the mall and left her colleague all in the name of shops . We were left waiting for a doctor to see us for a whole hour ,not just us ....more clients were also waiting to be seen by a doctor,yet there is only one doctor working due to the so called professional doctor Legoete walking out to the shops. Secondly we wanted an ultra sound that was a problem for us to get. I am a paying client and to be put at ease,I would like to get an ultra sound to see what is happening with my body etc. As the first pregnancy the pregnancy stick read negative yet ultrasound showed a different story. She says if the pregnancy test is negative,then they do not do an ultrasound,what nonsense is that . And clearly there is some inconsistency in Quali health. I have never received such poor service at Quali Health,but this was the worst experience. I was robbed of my client rights . I mean why must we leave the township for other doctors or practices,whilst we have practices etc there.? Poor service .poor poor service I am not happy and I do not encourage the I'll to go to Quali health Alecandra with that kind of a doctor. As a woman she was supposed to understand better. Very disappointed.

very bad service
the service is very..they take too long to attend patience because we the one experiencing pain while they busy walking around like they don't have patience to attend...I've never been so ****ed in my life.they need to do something with their service.

Doctor Bheki Ntimane spelt my surname incorrectly and sick days, then my HR manager called them they said I must bring a letter to fix it then, when I got there they said they CNT as they use electronic systems I m so ****ed

Need help on this matter
I was here for the scan in December than the doctor told me that they did not have those papers for photo scan i should call and check, which i did but they did not answer because most of time i travel at work i made it back 2 weeks after than when I get there they told me i should pay again hence their the ones who did not have photos and the doctor told me to come back and he did not even say it will expire or anything i am so mad truly im so ****ed off because at first it is not my problem that they did not have those now they trying to make it my problem.

Bad service
We consulted there and the doctor nearly gave my wife a wrong injection,made us wait for 1h30 says he forgot us,,,then makes a medical note with wrong dates consultants tell us to wait for him and they cant help us on our next day
