What began as a promising client experience unfortunately took a turn for the worse. On the day of my move, 29 March 2025, the team initially performed exceptionally well. However, as the day progressed, they began to rush through the process. My glass study table was knocked against the truck which my husband witnessed, which they denied when confronted. I stated this damage on the final form. The unpacking at my new home was done hastily. Later that evening, I discovered damage to my pedestal. Hours afterward, I found a clipped piece from it on the staircase. Following this, communication regarding the replacement of the glass table became inconsistent, and there were instances of dishonesty. A delivery date was supposedly agreed upon, though this was never communicated to me. We are now in the third week, and the team has gone as far as to suggest that I fabricated the damage to the pedestal, claiming the discovery of the clipped piece was too coincidental. In all honesty, I would recommend considering an alternative moving provider, as my experience with this company was marked by dishonesty and poor follow-through.

The driver and one staff member in the call centre had massive attitude as if they doing me a favour for a “premium price”. The driver called and instructed me that he will be collecting my parcel at a nearby garage as he could not find my address upon calling the centre call managed by an abrupt agent, she confirmed that he was in an outlying area and found that it would be more convenient to meet at garage during COVID-19
