Wrong delivery address. Waited all day for them to arrive when they finally called and found the correct delivery address, then they took my package to their depot. I have not been updated for the next delivery schedule. And after repeated attempts to call their number not a single person answered. If someone would have answered I would have been able to collect my package from their depot which is literally less than 15mins away. Now I have to wait for my delivery and arrange someone to collect it without any notification or feedback from these people.
This is the worst place to handle any kind of post. They tampered and have stole items from my international package and are now holding my replaced package to ransom. Since when does the Post Office only deal in cash. These guys are all Toetsi's.
I've had a few issues with the SAPO and after not hearing anything from the Post office, I took my complaint to ICASA. After emailing back and forth ICASA still has not resolved the issue and now ICASA are not replying. I actually can't believe the regulatory authority responsible for the public safety concerning the SAPO is ICASA. This organization doesn't mean or do anything. I would take this matter to the police, although I fear even less would be done through them. What's the point of having all these regulatory bodies, when they can't do anything. Where is the complaints department for ICASA?
Absolutely worst customer service, whilst standing in line with my father who is a pensioner, security demanded we stand further apart and was particular forceful. Not only did he insist, but only insisted that we had to distance ourselves further apart. Meanwhile the JMPD and other customers who weren't apart were overlooked. Please explain the logic in that. Seems security had a hidden agenda and targeted us alone. Manager wasn't there, and when we brought the matter to him and explained the situation, he could only apologize. If I could I'd give this particular eskort zero stars for their poor to none customer service. Not only could be not get hold of the complaints department, but it took the area manager 3 days and only through our own effort for him to follow up on this. After being promised an Eskort hamper by him, we have yet to receive anything. Not even a follow up call. This just proves that Eskort doesn't care about customer service.
Absolutely the worst customer care I've ever dealt with. I made a complaint about reversing a transaction, which they wouldn't do. Still waiting 10 working days for a reply to another complaint, no feedback or response at all. I'd rate the service no stars if I could.
