It’s disheartening to see how much an institution will go through to attain you as a client and then how little they do to maintain that relationship. It takes 4/5 phone calls with Clientele to get a request actioned. The team is unprofessional and unreliable. They have zero care for the customer I guess what matters are the instalments only. My ask was so simple but because the process was so tedious you end up being frustrated by the incompetence! All a person asks is if I hold up my end of the deal could you do the same. I was assisted by Nondumiso said there’s system issues, Philisile who cut my call, Andile did nothing absolutely nothing and Lesego who was laughing at me during our call. I’m still waiting for the Team Lead Thuli to get back to me from the 22 Sept 2025. Shanitha that promised to call back but empty promises must be the culture there at Clientele
Order EB22A driver Magezi Eully, order never arrived. He stalled for the 8 minutes, my door is wide open he asked to confirm unit number which I did. Food never came! I call no answer. I’m so frustrated I waited over an hour for this food only for the driver to take a picture of it at the back of his bike and say he left it at my door! Pure and utter lies. I am told I won’t get my refund. The service is seriously dropping and it seems we are been taken for p**** when we pay online! Ubereats is a ****
I had 3rd degree burns to my legs and face. Today I’m healing nicely and back on my feet. I was treated so well here that I didn’t want to leave. Sister Haneki (Unit manager) and her personal were extraordinary. Vicky and Jacky 🥹 keep doing what you do! The night shift Sis Lindy made sleeping there feel like a hotel experience always at my beck and call! I really appreciate your contribution
My 68 year old mother put in a claim on the 24th of April, we are nearing 2 months and the consultant I spoke to uNokuthula was so rude insensitive and pompous telling me that she will check if the consultant has received the relevant documents. It’s true when they say a black man’s biggest enemy of success is a black man. I’ve never experienced such poor service with the almost lack of professionalism when dealing with an irate customer. I was deprived the process/information to escalate the matter.
The place discriminates against black people. Our waiter was rude and made a scene amongst other patrons. He emphasised how he had lost business because a Caucasian couple walked away as we sat down. So I’m appalled at his outburst which clearly showed that our money wasn’t welcomed there!!! All the workers boycotted our table and refused to serve us. My request to be assisted by the manager was also ignored. This was very displeasing
I wish it were a Good Morning, but my day has been ruined by a service provider. In excitement to receive my breakfast because I work in such a high pressure & stressful environment and I just needed life to be made easier! I get Lethola, delivery guy from UberEats, I’ve never been so shocked in my life to read a strangers message telling me how entitled I am he even has the nerve to say Sies! And then cancel my order… I wish I could attach the screenshots! After this I think I should drop the unprovoked slander on Twitter because Wow
It's happened on several occasions that I order food. The drivers arrives, maybe waits 8 minutes. And leaves with my order. The first order was R200 and something I let it slide, but a second time!!!! I'm not working this hard to feed people's stomachs and not my own. The driver didn't make a call like all other deliveries. And now I'm working night shift, no food no refund again. I'd highly recommend making orders cash on delivery. I feel that I'm being taken advantage of bcz I always put on card. Worse you can't even call this person. Why not leave the food at the delivery place, by security or it's a policy that our orders must be their bonus' this is not fair and I don't know why I still use them, I have Mr D which has never done this.
So I just came from Vodacom Campus Square to simply cancel my contract. I then found out that my account is on pre-legal. Imagine the jitters! I was going to find myself there by the lawyers. Anyhow, I've been told that they can't help in-house, I must call 0821946 then make a payment than wait 24 hours, call 0821946 again to give me a go ahead to call 0821958 to proceed with the cancelation. Honestly, we're busy! I can't understand why the process has to be to difficult, I'm trying to get myself out of a commitment that almost ruined my name I've paid Vodacom and have tried calling 3 times, first call got hung up, second call with Andiswa (hung up too) and now as I write this with Whitney (answered after 8 minutes) I'm not happy. I just want out, why bond Me to something I don't want anymore
I don't believe there are any places that are "perfect". As a young professional fresh from university Marshall Yards one of ihs properties in Jhb Cbd seemed like a great start. Affordable, beautiful development in dodgy area but Ive lived in more threatening communities e.g Yeoville so I'm a tough cookie but I am finally cracking. If it's not an abusive unprofessional security guard who lives on intimiding and administrating senseless power. With a maintenance system that fails you even with the simplest of tasks. Changing a light bulb. They don't do this they don't even advice you. I had to buy 4 different types ***** and turn and there's also sizes What do I Know About these things 😆 aiii the metering system is prepaid but leave your house for 3 days you'll come back there's an invoice of 5 million owing by Protea metering. You'll get called by 3 officials wanting to confirm the same thing as if there is a battle of ranks there Why don't they work together it's not impressive at all. You'll see new tenant faces everyday but none of the old ones, no one can stand their service. I am also close to leaving I'm appalled, defeated actually.
I had a horrendous experience with NetFlorist on my Birthday. My Boyfriend being far away on the day entrusted this company to atleast make up for the distance by ordering me gifts from them. Instead I got terrible customer service the delivery guy had an attitude and was in a rush. ended up receiving half of my order or intended presents till day they are still delivering "tomorrow". What a disappointment. My day was ruined.
