Makro cards and credit cards not safe, no security. Makro credit card safely in my possession, have not used it for more than a year ago, was being used. I stay in Cape Town, Brackenfell. Purchase made in Johannesburg of R19 000 at Incredible connection. It has been month now, all they do is apologize, but still send me sms en email for me to pay the account, simply fraud case. Why can't no one correct this mistake, what would be my next steps now?
I reported a fraud case 2 weeks, purchased made on my makro credit card which I have not used for 2 years and safely in my possession. R19000 purchased was made at Incredible connection in Johannesburg, I Stay in cape Town Brackenfell. I contacted Fraud department, I emailed them, makro send sorry for inconvenience and send account for payment of R19 000, that was fraud and makro has no safety or security measures in place. No has helped me so far to correct the problem.
If you ever want to open makro account or credit card think twice, I open a makro credit card more than a year ago, used it once. It is safely in my possession. On Saturday 8 January I received sms from makro purchased made off amount R19 000 on makro credit card at Incredible connection. I was shocked, worked that day. Phoned credit card division, purchased was made in Johannesburg, I live in Cape Town Brackenfell, still have not heard anything back from them, cause investigation has to be done. How can they allow such a purchase without signature for that amount? Or a card, what safety measures does makro have? None
They made it all new and nice but service so bad and very disappointed after spending an hour for my months shopping I left my trollie for 2 seconds and they just took it away, after looking for 10 min cause my customer took it by mistake couldn't find it anywhere, so had to get a trolley and started all over again, at the till I saw my trollie just standing against the wall half way unpack, I asked who would take a trolley full of groceries away? No one gave me answer I asked to speak to a manager and didn't even get a sorry out of him his response was that is how it works, what if I had any personal belongings in that trolley, not even a sorry, so if you leave your trolley for only 2 seconds its gone, be aware, and service is terrible, don't let the looks fool you, will never go back.
Order on line from vape shop, my parcel was delivered to wrong address, they won't reply on my email I sent 4 times already, you can't phone them. I don't know if or how I am getting my money back, very disappointed, very bad service
I am struggling for 2 months with a purchase a made at macro online. I went on macro online shopping, purchased a tv box and paid with my macro credit card, the next day I paid the amount in full. Now macro store emailed me, sms me that I am in arrears on my monthly payments and it will be bad for my credit record and they charge me interest. I have been in macro store at Brackenfell 3 times to explain and show them my invoice that I paid the full amount, they can't help me, they gave me number I must phone that I tried to phone and explain they can't help me, the lady on the phone spoke with food in her mouth that I can hardly understand anything, the 3de attempt they said I must email the invoice, which I also emailed 4 times already, still my account is not updated and still get sms and emails that I have to pay because it will have a negative impact on me. What must I do pay twice now with interest? No one can help me
