This is the third time ordering from takealot and something is missing, now they can't tell me when the matter is going to be resolved. They only give feedback when I call and the only thing they say is that they waiting for the sellers response, until when I wonder. The service is absolutely pathetic
I have got terrible service from Hirsch's Centurion, I just bought a new stove, in less than 7 days I had it installed, and it is not working. I contacted the store and wanted to return it the store manager Mark Duckham, said I could not return it I must get in contact with a whirlpool technician. The technician is only available at certain times during the week which means I have to take an entire day off work. I have told them this is very difficult for me, and requested alternatives times to meet with the technician. I have sent emails and called the store several times, they keep telling they will contact whirlpool and get back to me, I think I have called 11 times. I reminded them that I purchased the item over the weekend which was convenient for me, but now since they have sold me a defective product I have to make a specific time during the week to suit them. No apology, no remorse, a cold service from Hirsch's centurion, especially the manager. The sales team waits at the door like vultures with huge grins but once you pay for an item you see the true nature of the store.
