Tasneem Baker was efficient well done. Amazing, kind polite tone. Excellent customer service. This is coming from a Manager in a contact center. 10/10 well done

Shares hasn't been paid, been told it's next month since February already. Year is almost over yet nothing. Bonus hasnt been paid out but we are expected to accept it's been escalated. It's the 18th of September the money was suppose to be paid in the August payroll run off. Every single day it's we've escalated the matter. And how about if you want to take your own annual leave select the days you require it then get told no but you follow the correct process. Get told that you can only get 1 day of you own annual leave what **** is that? Staff are neglected and not treat with respect. It's a disgrace that this ace has no people skills but have people working under them.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner. VOX telecoms is a SCAM a BIG FAT ONE. My contract has been nothing but shambles, told you will get a month free but you get charge, agreed debit date was the 27th they debit when I had no funds no im liable for late fees, invoicing me of upto R2K this is the worst ISP I have ever witnessed, customer service log tickets but no one ever gets back to you. I am done with this BS
