I am writng this with concern after my recent experience with Cartrack. Since they replaced the tracker on my scooter - due to battery drain and starting issues, I have noticed that accident alerts have completely stopped. Before the replacement I was notified when the scooter was in use due to handling or bumpy roads. Now its is if the system has got silent. I feel like a passenger in the dark with no idea where my scooter is or whether the safety features I rely on are even working. To make matters worse, I have been told that my Huawei phone is no longer supported, even though Google Maps works perfectly on it. This exclusion leaves me unable to monitor my scooter which defeats the purpose of having a tracker in the first place. I send a detailed email to Cartracks support team but have received no response. As a paying customer I expect better communication and transparency especially when features are removed or devices are no longer supported. I would appreciate a proper explanation and a solution to restore the functionality I had before the tracker was replaced.
For the last 3 months they make unauthorised deductions on my account while I was pleading with them not to do so. Deplorable and disgusting actions of this company.
Cancellation fees nearly R600.00. I am so sorry I ever enlisted. It is a absolute disgrace.
My bank account was depleted by this company today. How did they know how much was in the account. Scary.

My internet was interrupted continiously due to redirect problems on my line. I did get another internet supplier with no problem. I am still receiving invoices for the last 5 months by mweb for services not rendered.
My 2 motor vehicle policies had to be cancelled a couple of months ago. Now this month they start deducting again from my account. How on earth can they be allowed to do such horrible things.
My Older Age pension card was blocked in December 2020 for unknown reason. After numerous visits and telephone calls my card is stil blocked due to computor error showing on my account. Please help.
