Bad service at MMP
I was at the clinic from 4:30 am I was number 2 in line went to the bathroom when I came back I was told that my folder was called but I was not there when I went to inquire I was told I will be called by the doctor and my folder will be at the top when doctors came to call out ppl still my folder is not there ppl who came after me have left and still I have not been attended too my foot is in horrible pain and everyone at clinic is ignoring me. We have been having issues left right and center with this clinic they close at 2 and only take 100 ppl if you are 101 you are sent back I make sure that I wake up to be early but still it looks like I will be going home without being assisted it hurts what's the point of having local clinic if they will be this lazy

Very disappointed ☹️
The bus was delayed with more than an hour no notification was issued and no sms to inform us of the delay they charge you for luggage and they leave you behind if you don’t have money to pay for it whereas you have paid for ticket and we all know that when traveling you travel with bags. To top it all of today the bus from Umtata to Cape Town was full on mosquito yet they still charge you for bags and leave you behind when you cannot pay for R54 for bags but you have paid R1020 for the ticket what poor service very disappointing and angering

Disrespectful thieves
Its been 11 days now and still have not received my money from Capitec they said 7th still nothing I don’t think they take matters seriously 😒 they have no respect whatsoever for ppls monies they are just dragging this so I may give up but I won’t I want my money

Bad service and thieves
I made a deposit on Capitec’s outside ATMs and it said deposit error but never returned my money R3800 that money was meant for bills and policies they told me it will be created within 24hours now they are telling me some other story why should 1 wait half a month to get their monies they are now holding my money against my will that is robbery they are thieves and I want my money I don’t wanna wait any longer Capitec are cruel crooks

Customer service was excellent. Order received within 3 day and it was exactly what I wanted and got a little exta. I am very happy with their services💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

One doctor on duty in the emergency unit
This is ridiculous having one doctor on duty on a weekend at a private hospital. I had to wait for more than 6 hours in trauma unit to be seen by a doctor since the was only one doctor on duty on a busy Saturday night, I found that very depressing and ridiculous how come in a private hospital be only one doctor available and it's the only close to the most dangerous places which is Khayelitsha, Philippi and Mitchells Plain it's self. This needs to be dealt with and attended to immediately. You cannot have patience waiting such long hours for one doctor in the emergency room. I mean even on the garvenment hospitals you will never find just one doctor on duty and those services are free, to find that were we get to pay for services we get poor unfair service. I am very angry and disturbed right now.
