I have ordered 9 x 400l animal drinking troughs thru our local CMW. I was warned about Rototanks ad service and reviews but decided to give them a chance. On order it was said it will take 4 weeks to make and deliver. That was good because i could wait 4 weeks. We currently on 8 weeks now. There has been a follow up today just to be told that they cannot give me a answer when it will be done or delivered. Thats it...just like that. I hope to get it in the next week or two otherwise i will have to cancel, get refunded and uae a different supplier. 1. Bad service 2. No communication by need to keep following up and not getting answers 3. If you need goods from Rototank in a hurry.....look at another supplier because you not going to get your goods soon. I think they ha e great products and designs and thats why I chose them, but no use if you dont get service and if I look at some other reviews im not the only one.
I have been with vodacom since i got my first phone, same number and renew my contract every 2 years for the last 25 years. Now i have no signal where I always had service. We sitting in a area that only receives reception from one tower because the mountains block the rest. Now for the last 3 month the tower is not working and does not matter to who you report it, nothing gets done. Now i only rely on my private internet for wifi. Its the only security we have and the only way of communicating thru wi fi. Rumors are that the tower is off because of the rent that vodacom has not paid for years where the tower is situated. Why do i have a new contract and still with vodacom if there is no attemp to reply on why there is no signal nor attemp to repair or sort out the problem. Its not just me, the whole area is down where we live and many are complaining. This will be my last contract with vodacom after all these years. The tower im refer to is know as the tandjiesberg tower just outside Graaff Reinet, Eastern Cape
I'm not surprised to see the reviews for Finbond is below 2 stars. Poor poor service. Getting sms twice every month regarding debt ....Best is, is not me nor my name but I'm getting the reminders every month. Called complaints at 3pm.....telling me its my debt and money I need to pay not understanding I have nothing to do with Findbond and never even done business with them. Then to tell me the right person to assist me is gone home I must call tomorrow. Send a email to complaints.....nothing done or reply....and today I received again two sms regarding a debt but its not my name. So it's seems any person can give any number when they laon because how did my number end up on their system. Very bad service, very bad communication and problem solving.
Scam scam scam .....goes with a few names. SA power energy and solutions, SA power and solutions and SA solutions and power. Few different banking accounts from FNB to Nedbank. Banking confirmation letters fake. Parents in law payed for a generator. Day of delivery never showed up. Stopped answering the phone. Case has been made, but please people make sure when doing business with anybody to get a letter of confirmation from their bank not older than three months, make sure by bank this company or person is legal, google company name, check reviews....dont get caught like this. This person even has a website.
Its one of the worst booking platform you can use. If you want trouble/hassle in your life this is the platform that will give you trouble 9 out of 10 times. How do I know this, I am in the hospitality industry and I have more problems sorting out booking.com mistakes then doing my other work. If something went wrong with a booking.com booking then I can prepare myself for about 6 hours and many many phone calls to sort this out and booking.com just does not care. When it comes to booking.com to sort out a problem they just lift their shoulders but when they want their percentage cut in a booking they in the front row. To get hold of a booking.com agent if your booking is in trouble, you very lucky to get somewhere in the first 5 calls and if that number works. Booking,com agents say one thing and when you call again a totally different person assists you, does not know the persons who assisted you before when you give a name and once again says something totally different regarding your problem. like they cancelled a booking made in advance for 11 months, request enquiry ...no your booking is not cancelled all is in order, you receive confirmation from the place you booked your booking has been cancelled with proof of email from booking.com, but when you follow up the next person says something different. If they messed up with a booking and you trying to sort it out they just tell you we have notified you several times via email and due to no response they cancelled the booking, but with no emails received and they cannot forward the proof of emails sent, they just tell you sorry, what is done is done. This is one of the worst platforms to go thru or to use.
