I bought a lithium battery from the Watt store in October and had them collect it as the one they sent me wS s****. Red and painted black, and not what I ordered.there were no instructions or cables or guarantees which I was assured that it would have a 10 year guarantee. Christopher said to take pictures and video and send to him. He said it was the wrong battery and that they would replace it. After a month or so I was assured that they would refund my money. After weeks of enquiring when I would receive my refund they went offline with whatsapp and now the phone is on voicemail since 22nd December after I said I would lay a charge of fraud against them if they don't refund me the money!!
Dealing with the City of Tshwane municipality is the worst and most frustrating thing ever. My account was overdue so they cut my electricity 4 years ago. I was told to pay an amount, which I did and paid more than required. (The money was loaned to me) when I contacted the municipality I was told it was too long after I'd paid and had to pay again. Well I couldn't loan any more money as I'm a pensioner and just don't have a regular salary. In the meantime I have been billed for almost 4 years now for electricity that I don't have. They have been estimating my readings for about 20 years. I've been to so many offices to try resolve this issue, with no results. My y meter has been faulty since even before 2013. They even had the wrong meter number on my account and asked me where the other meter was!!! How was I supposed to know? I was then told my meter must have turned over maybe even 2x and my account should be much more than the amount it was at the time which was already over R50000. 00. They said it should be almost R279000.00. Fortunately I found emails dating back to 2013/2014 from the head inspector, stating that my meter was faulty and had to be replaced, the photos were attached with the exact same reading on it. I forwarded all the relevant information to the office and had a new meter installed. Still no electricity by the way so obviously no reading on the meter when I went back to the municipality with pictures of the meter I was told they have to replace the meter as thereis no reading!!! How pathetic is that!! I've been about 20 times or more to different municipalities to try resolve this issue but no matter how much I explain and show proof of my meter with zero on it they kept on billing me. Eventually they credited my account with R20000.00 but what about the other 60 or R70000.00. I am so frustrated at this stage because it's a total waste of time going into the office to try resolve this issue. 4 years of being without electricity is no joke! On top of it they charge interest on the amount which is incorrect. I'm at my wit's end!! I would love to get the Mayor's email address!!! Ho do I get this issue resolved?
I bought a part from Goldwagen Montana in Pretoria. After I bought the part the mechanic that was working on my vehicle came to work on the vehicle and said it wasn't necessary to get the part as he managed to get the same pipe for almost half the price. I took the part back to the store after losing my receipt as they couldn't refund unless I had my receipt which I eventually found and went back as soon as I could. I live quite a way from them and don't go into Montana every day. I was told that they can not refund as it was already 3rd day AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD.!!! I was also told that they had already ordered the part. Bulldust!!! They never had to order my part it was in stock already. The part is still sealed and I know they can refund but don't want to. First of all when I ordered the part the gent that helped me was very unhelpful and not very friendly. No I have to sit with a part that cost me nearly R500. 00 and do what with it??? When I asked for the owners number I was refused. For goodness sake what happened to good customer service??!!! n And this story of We already bought or orderd a new one for our stock is palony. It boils down to No customer service!!! 3 day's late!! Please you can do something about it. I can understand if I opened it and fitted the part and started my car and then wanted to return it. I am currently unemployed as I'm a pensioner. REALLY YOUR SERVICE STINKS!!! I will definitely NOT SUPPORT YOUR BRANCH!!
