I have had 4 pool sense devices. They unreliable, don’t last beyond a couple of months, are often faulty and after sales service is poor. For what you pay definitely not worth it.
Terrible service. I had a unit installed over a week ago. Despite numerous calls and being passed from pillar to post the unit it still not working and nobody gets back to you. The call centre agents are poorly trained, so not know how to direct a query and do not respond. Emails go unanswered. In summary I highlight recommend using another service provider. I previously used Tracker and their service was way better.
My wife recently passed away as a consequence of brain cancer. She had 11 months remaining on her Vodacom contact (phone was acquired without the contract). I was charged a R7110 premature contract cancellation cost by Vodacom for her contract. Simply disgusting, profiteering off a persons death. Simply immoral and shameful.
Stay away from this company. It is by far the worst service I have ever received from any service provider. They are unreliable and don’t complete what they promise to do. There is always an excuse.
Beware! Mark Templeton installed a water pressure pump and Jojo tank at my house. Firstly he did not level the ground but installed it so the tank was at an angle. Once he corrected that the tank then continued to leak and he had to come back on numerous occasions and finally blamed one of his suppliers for the ball valve. In addition I got another company to evaluate the installation who informed me the pump is wholly insufficient and the installation poor. He does not return messages or calls and fails to come when you have confirmed an appointment with him. In short avoid Hydrocon and Mark Templeton.
