I app**** for a mobile contract with Mondo on 26 July and, as of today, the process remains unresolved. Despite completing all required steps on my part in a timely manner, I have encountered ongoing delays and a lack of clear communication. Customer service has been particularly poor. I’ve been repeatedly transferred between agents without consistency or follow-through, and each interaction has felt like starting the process over again. There appears to be no structured approach to resolving customer issues, which is frustrating and unproductive. As a long-standing client, I had expected a more streamlined and professional experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Based on this experience, I would find it difficult to recommend Mondo for MTN-related services.
Super quick, effecient onboarding process.
I took my vehicle in, for what was confirmed to be a bad alternator, when I got the vehicle back, my car was making a terrible sound, and I was told my steering wheel pump was gone. After inspecting the vehicle by a reputable third party mechanic, it was found that the alternator was fitted incorrectly, touching a few pipes and the radiator, which is why the car was making the terrible grinding noise, and it was not a steering wheel pump that was gone. I was charged an amount of an original part for the alternator, only to find that a cheap Chinese part was fitted into my vehicle. All of this in 2020, no honesty exists in these businesses.
I purchased a voucher from hyperli twice now, which can be redeemed at Supa Quick, In both instances, I was told that all the items tested had to be replaced, and I got third party companies to test over and above this, whereby I was told that the items where all in good working order and do not need replacement. It seems that Supa quick uses these vouchers as a scam, to get people to come through, and no matter what, you will always be told the items tested have to be replaced. In one instance, without their knowledge., I got wheel bearings done, they did a test thereafter as I went for wheel alignment, and told me the wheel bearings where gone and I should replace them. Honesty does not exist in Supa Quick.
